Villa Akoya

So beautiful right on the beach. Loved having the ocean in the background.

We loved our stay!! It is on a beautiful part of the beach and a walkable location to some really great restaurants and a couple markets. The concierge, Milena, was extremely helpful in booking activities and recommendations on things to do. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the area or our trip in general. The housekeeping was a great too. They went above and beyond expectations by helping with our laundry and even fixed a delicious pineapple plate for us. The house was kept very clean but since in is right on the beach we got an occasional hermit crab visitor inside which didn’t really bother us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Santa Teresa.

What an amazing house! Right on the beach and walkable to everything. The back porch and pool were amazing and the ocean was steps away from the back door. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa, better than in the pictures! Amazing view just outside of the backyard deck. the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful Comfortable beds and linens. You sleep surrounded by the sound of the ocean waves. Milena, the concierge, was super responsive and helpful, and had excellent recommendations for local tours that my family enjoyed. Marta (housekeeping) was also great and we felt secure with Henry taking care of security from 5 pm to 5 am. I'd come back to this house in a heart bit.

Villa Akoya is an amazing house in great location right on the beach. Very easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants as well as a grocery store. Would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.. Milena was great host and very responsive and accommodating.. 5 star all the way around ..

Fantastic experience! Even better than the photos; the beds are very comfortable, and both Lee and Mile were super friendly and attentive at all times, for any issues and to help with plans and recommendations. A 10!

We loved every moment we spent here! The house is better than the pictures, the staff: Cleaning/security and concierge-Mile were wonderful and made the stay spectacular. The pool and outdoor area were pristine and comfortable, you walk right out the gate to swimmable beach. You can get everywhere you need by renting an ATV or walking. We wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else. This house offered everything we hoped for during our family vacation.

Amazing house. The property is incredible and the house is in an ideal location and beautifully decorated. Very clean, with maid services daily. Hosts were very responsive and made our stay great.
