We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Camp Bay. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and feels like a private retreat. The views are incredible—definitely one of the highlights. Nolan was a fantastic host. He was responsive, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for things to do The amenities were excellent and everything was well taken care of. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this Airbnb. Nolan was an outstanding host with fantastic communication before and during our trip, and his hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable. A huge highlight was the incredible meals prepared by Deissy. Every dinner and dessert was delicious, and she even prepared our fresh catch from a fishing charter. She also handled all the grocery shopping and had the house fully pre-stocked when we arrived, which made the stay effortless and relaxing. The location in the Camp Bay area was perfect for a quiet, authentic Roatan experience. The beaches are beautiful, peaceful, and far less crowded than other parts of the island. Between Nolan’s attentive hosting, Deissy’s amazing cooking, and the natural beauty of the Camp Bay area, our group felt completely taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Nolan, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful and beautiful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Nolan was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. And the food prepared by Deissy was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a serene getaway with great hospitality in East End.

We stayed at four different Airbnb's in Roatan. Nolan's was hands-down, the best house and hosting experience. Our favorites were the pickleball course, the jacuzzi, the included chef/ concierge and the wonderful views.

Nolan's house is beautiful, it has excellent ocean views, he was very kind the whole time, he recommended places and restaurants, he and Daysi were always attentive, they took care of us very well, EXCELLENT

An unforgettable experience! The house in front exceeded all our expectations: spacious, clean, with a spectacular view and access to the sea. But the best of all was the host, always attentive, friendly and attentive to every detail. My family and I were delighted with everything. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it 100%. We would definitely come back!

Our stay with the family was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful home and scenery. We will definitely return next year for another event. The home was peaceful we enjoyed every single day our ocean view and words can’t describe. This place was worth it!

If Nolans place is available- book it! My wife and 3 kids (5, 3, 2) had such an unforgettable experience. We were looking for more of a private, spacious experience, and this exceeded our expectations. The space was even better than the pictures and the ocean views were so wonderful. Deissy cooked our breakfasts and dinners: not only are they delishous but also cost saving, we would certainly recommend this amazing option. We can't thank Nolan enough, he is thorough and very communicative to make sure all our needs are met. He offers many ideas, and has contacts such as our photographer that we were able to reserve for stunning family photos at the beach. Thank you Nolan for being such a fantastic host, you truly go above and beyond and we felt the love. We would definitely return if we were in the area again! This is a resort experience via customer service with someone who is passionate about making us happy, with a private pool and a basically private beach that is 1-2 min drive.

From beginning to end this experience was amazing. Nolan provided us with useful information for restaurants and excursions and best of all a wonderful cook!!! Nolan was one of the best host, he was very responsive and gave great insight on things to do there. The house was amazing. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, with amazing views. At night when just relaxing by the pool or top balcony you could see the beautiful stars and hear the waves from the ocean! If you are looking for a weekend away with friends, or a girls trip or like us a family trip, you will enjoy it, this house can accommodate for all occasions. There is a bar/restaurant called Chelles at the bottom of the hill with delicious drinks and food with a pool to hang out at. I will definitely be back!

Very well-furnished house with unbeatable ocean views. A superior experience.

Nolan’s house is amazing and it is a great place to base for a trip to Roatan’s East End The house has everything - nice/new with great kitchen/bedrooms and lounging areas, pool and hot tub with a great view, pickleball court and covered decks. The location is great too - Camp Bay Beach is super close (walkable), and Chelles is a great restaurant / bar about a 2 min walk away. Beyond that, Nolan has organized a great concierge like support system for the house. Deissy cooked almost all of our dinners - delicious, we set the menu and she did all the shopping. Really a game changer to make it more like a vacation (and was actually a price saving option over a restaurant). Alex is also there for suggestions about where to go and/or eat. When we had a minor maintenance issue, Alex had it fixed within 45 min. Great to know that support structure is there. Nolan is also great with recommendations (fantastic snorkeling trip!) and the whole team is very responsive. Stay here!

The house was more beautiful than the photos and they have done a gorgeous job decorating and outfitting the home. We loved playing pickle ball, corn hole, and relaxing in the hot tub. The ocean and jungle views are impressive and there was almost always a refreshing breeze. It was our first time to Roatan and I am so glad we decided to stay on the east side. It is way more relaxed than West Bay/West End and the lack of vendors on the expansive beach makes it so much more enjoyable. There were a few inconveniences that arose with the house while we were there, but they are just part of owning a house and Nolan could not have been a better host. He always immediately responded and addressed the concerns. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. If we come back to Roatan, I would definitely not hesitate to stay there again.

It was absolutely amazing! The home is so nice, the rooms are beautiful and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely go back there!

This place exceeded our expectations. The house is extremely spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The views, pool, hot tub, pickleball court, games, etc kept us busy and allowed us to unwind and enjoy time in a somewhat secluded private space. The host was very proactive and responsive through out the stay. Truly a hidden gem
