This is my second time in this Casa and it was great. We loved being surrounded by locals, with great restaurants, bodegas, and shopping within 10 minute walks. The house is very safe, cozy, with large rooms and private bathroom. Can’t wait to come back here again!

Eduardo was a great host - very responsive, helpful with information about the area, and recommended a great chef service. The villa was just as described - spacious, clean, with great common spaces, and three great pools. Very well located and close to town as well. Hope to get a chance to stay at his place again in the future! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay right in the center of Tulum, with in walking distance to great restaurants and bars, I would highly reccomend this place to other guests.

Everything was great at home. Eduardo and Noemi were always very attentive to our needs. They recommended a very good chef and we had a great time, the food was really good. We almost didn't go out because the weather was bad, but we really enjoyed the pools and this house with a very authentic style.

We had the absolute BEST stay at Casa Balocchi! This Airbnb was perfect for our large group getaway. Having nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and three swimming pools gave everyone space to relax and enjoy — no one ever felt crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and everything we needed to cook and serve meals, and the air conditioning was strong and cold, which was such a relief after hot Tulum days. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Every single one of my guests was impressed and extremely happy with the stay. The house is also perfectly located in central Tulum, just a short drive or walk to the main strip with tons of taco shops, food spots, and convenience stores nearby. Eduardo was a wonderful host — very responsive and helpful — and his cohost Noemi greeted us on arrival and made sure we were settled in. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and I would 100% stay here again. 10/10

Noemi was such a gracious and helpful host one of the best ever!!! We had a AC issue and to accommodate we received a gift that was appreciated. Great location and pool was everything would definitely use the property again!!!!

A very beautiful place. Some ware and tear, but nothing you wouldn’t expect. The house is very tropical and def a fun place to stay. My group absolutely loved it.
