Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The building is located right on the ocean, and the beach is perfect for swimming. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely beautiful, with clean shores and sparkling volcanic sand. The property itself is also amazing — lovely pools, cafés, and very well-kept common areas. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Ivette was so great to work with. She was responsive and professional. She was extremly flexible with my request. I can't say enough about the condo. The view is amazing from the 24th floor. Waking up to mountain and ocean views is exhilarating. The building is secure, right on the water, pools, gym, restaurant, and more. you don't have to leave the property. Highly recommended. Ivette’s Airbnb is great and the amenities are phenomenal! We lived at the pools and walked the ocean every day. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to cook meals. Plus, this is on the top floor of the building and it has a balcony, so it was great to open up the doors and hear the ocean throughout the day. Would stay here again. My only suggestion would be for other travelers… that if you’re coming here from Panama City, I highly suggest using Services Coronado as your shuttle service. Because they will take you to a grocery store before you arrive at the Airbnb, which is helpful so you have food and water upon arrival. We took an Uber down and didn’t plan ahead but took a shuttle service back to the city when we flew out and it made it so much easier.

The Royal Palms at Nueva Gorgona is a clean, safe apartment complex on a great beach. The apartment is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean. We enjoyed long walks on the beach followed by fun swims in the warm ocean and clean pools.

I had never stayed in a beach apartment and it was a very good experience. The apartment is very clean and cozy, the view is spectacular. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.

We liked the apartment and location was good. Easy Uber drive to any where we wanted to go. It was quiet. The building and the amenities have seen better days however. It looks like the HOA fee may not cover the cost of maintenance on the building. Building looked dirty. The pickle ball court was missing the net. Not sure what was supposed to be next to the pickle ball court? Many tiles missing around the pool. The pool has been spot painted however the touch up paint did not match. Some of the chairs in the lobby had mold on them. You get the point. I still gave the apartment 5 star since the apartment is really nice inside, the host is great and the price is right. We Ubered to pickleball courts and walked on the ocean. If you don’t care about the amenities, I would recommend a stay. Panamá is beautiful!

This top-floor condo was spotless and offered magnificent mountain views from both the living room and the primary bedroom. You can also see the beach, ocean, and pools from the unit. The pools were clean and well cared for, with just a few steps to the beach. The host’s communication was clear and prompt throughout our stay.

This was a great place to get out of the city and enjoy some quiet time. The beach is nice and there's a great sense of community. Great views from the balcony to watch the sunrise. Decent gym and pools. I would definitely stay here again.

Ivette is the best host I have seen. Always responsive and supportive. We stayed there for almost a month and she was always there to help whenever needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed for a long stay. Highly recommended!

Ivette's place in the Royal Palm is a well appointed, comfortable apartment.The view from the 24th floor is fabulous and there's always a nice cool breeze. There is everything you need to feel right at home. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable sofas and beds. Lots of little extras, coffee, oil, salt and pepper, bathroom supplies, beach chairs all much appreciated. When we arrived the tv didn't work and Ivette's husband came first thing the next morning with a new one. A few days later the air fryer stopped working and it was immediately replaced. Communication with Ivette was always fast and friendly. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful place, otherwise the landscape is beautiful, very equipped apartment and everything organized, we would choose it again and recommend it.

An excellent place to spend time with children. The place was neat and cozy. The host was the best, and she was always available and answered questions with a lot of kindness and patience.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, as is the PH in general. Everything was spotless. The instructions were very clear regarding access, use of the facilities, etc. Ivette was always available for any concerns.

Ivette is an amazing host. Very responsive. Her place is on the top floor facing the mountain with a view of the beach and it turned out to be the best side because the sun did not bake us during the day so we were able to enjoy the breeze and view without having to close all the blinds and run the air all the time. It was definitely the better side of the building. A microwave would have been handy at times. Luckily our meals did not need an oven and the air fryer worked nicely. Make sure you bring something to hold your towels down as it's super super windy by the pool. Hats without a tie will blow away. flip flops will blow away. Love that there was a cooler to borrow. We could walk to a number of restaurants and a $5 cab took us to Coronado, the supermarket or other restaurants. Thanks so much for everything. We had a great time and wish we were still there!!!

The place is exactly as described in the listing. It is a very nice apartment, with very nice areas. The only theme is the breeze in the social areas… the strength with which the wind blows is indescribable. From there, from there, the place is fantastic.

Excellent place, as described, the apartment is impeccable and well equipped. The building facilities in very good condition. Friendly Complex staff and Ivette super host. Always answering all questions, promptly and kind. I had a problem with the car and she helped me contact the management of the place. Super recommended!

Enchanted with the place, the host is very friendly and with a quick availability to resolve doubts, we enjoyed almost all the areas offered by the building, it has the most necessary accessories and utensils to be able to enjoy a rich vacation, hoping to be able to return very soon 🙏🏽♥️🌅
