Great location

This place is gorgeous! Tons of space, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there were a ton of extra linens and towels. The added bonus of the balcony and furniture was great. It is located in the heart of Tamarindo and walkable to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, clubs, etc. the noise is quite loud at night so if you want a quiet stay, this is not the place for you. We read the reviews and knew ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. My kids had a white noise machine and slept perfectly. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

pacific park is in a perfect location, great for in town, walk to everything, and a short block to the beach. the unit itself was beautiful, high enough that you could see (barely) over the trees and see some ocean, also at the top of the trees so you could see the howler monkeys when they were playing in the trees. what i would change: the kitchen could have use more essentials (ex: spices, a pan large enough for the oven to heat up ribs or chicken, and there were no teaspoons only super tiny and very large) not a dealbreaker, just would be nice. the other change the owners have no control over - you are in the middle of downtown tamarindo so you hear the techno music and bass pounding until 2AM (one time it went until 4:30A). it is something you have to adjust to. my husband used earplugs and was fine. we will absolutely go back there again, but heads up, it's loud at night. overall, we were very happy with the place and with the quick responses from owners. we'll go back.

The condo was in a perfect location . . . in the middle of everything. That being said, it is noisy. Earplugs should be provided. There was a nice welcome basket and flowers. The coffee supplied was awesome! We were a bit surprised there wasn't a dining table . . . a typical spot for congregating. We had to make due with a coffee table to eat from. We were happy to see the supplied beach gear . . . towels, snorkeling, knee boards, yoga mats. The day before we arrived, we were told that the condo was going to be shown on Monday morning (our 1st morning there after a long trip). We eventually agreed to them showing at 11:30 and were told that the maid would come clean at 10am. Kinda sucked making sure we were up and out of there so she could do her thing. At 10:45, we were notified that it wasn't happening. I had been told by Cindy that we would receive a $100 credit for the inconvenience, but have yet to see that credit.
