Everything was very good. We had a problem with the water and they didn't fix it right away. We also struggled with the internet. We were able to access it on the second day. The place is within walking distance of the Marina, but it is a bit far. There is a lot of construction on the sides and sometimes there is a little noise. The description of the place was accurate. It was clean, and everything you need was available for use. There was only one TV, but we never turned it on.

Loved my stay! Definitely more of a quiet residential area. The community there follows the list of rules VERY strictly so just make sure you read all of them thoroughly and they align with what you are looking for! Don’t have enough nice things to say about the host. So kind, and helpful!!

It’s an acceptable place if you don’t have high expectations. We left after the first night when water started dripping from the ceiling, which was coming from the bathroom in one of the rooms. The apartment needs maintenance and more attention to cleanliness. Some water faucets don't work. Lack of lighting in common areas. The pool is not clean. It is recommended to bring a car because access on foot is difficult. The only really positive thing is the complimentary water bottles left by the host.

Amazing place. Very clean & beautiful. driveway is tricky to get into due to the tight street- good luck ya! One thing that was very difficult was that the host was unresponsive on our check in day- sent her multiple messages and had to get support involved. We had to contact her via Whatapp, which I didn’t want to do. I wanted to keep all communication on Airbnb, but she wasn’t responding. After we contacted her off platform, she was responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice and walkable, about 15 minutes from the marina, but tucked away. The courtyard space is lovely as well.

Excellent place to stay with the family. It is very spacious and very close to La Marina and the tourist area of San Lucas, you can even walk there if you like walking. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It's one of those places that has everything you need to live together. There are many places nearby to go out to eat. We would definitely come back on our next family trip.

Our stay was great, close to a lot of places, we chose this house cause it was close to a family member that we were visiting, Marisol was great and she replied fast and sent all information on how to get in the house, once there, everything was nice and clean and we enjoyed the place, neighbors where quiet, we also enjoyed the pool! I recommend this place if you want to be away from the noice!

The accommodation was comfortable, for the 6 people who were going, the number of bathrooms and beds was ideal. The location was a 15-minute walk from the Marina and was ideal for getting around restaurants and tourist spots. Marisol was very friendly at all times. :)
