The place was good. It has a spectacular view, the place was quiet, the house was spotless, and it meets everything that is posted. I'm just sharing a few observations about things that could be improved: a lot of chlorine in the pool, the air conditioners in some rooms didn't cool as expected, and the refrigerator didn't close. The refrigerator needs maintenance for the cooling, and there were insects in the accommodation, such as scorpions, etc. In one room, the shower had water flowing, but it was coming out of the sink. In some sinks, there was very little water. The internet doesn't have much coverage in all the rooms.

It is a great location, but the house needs some improvements.

Our stay with Víctor was very pleasant. We were a group of 22 people and 1 pet, and the house turned out to be comfortable, with spacious and clean rooms. The area is safe and has surveillance cameras. The view is spectacular, especially the sunsets. We experienced some issues: faulty switches and air conditioners, and problems in two bathrooms (one flooded due to a clogged drain, and the other had an improperly covered access panel that caused a bad odor). However, Víctor responded right away and sent a technician, resolving everything quickly. We would like to highlight their great flexibility at check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. As a suggestion, for large groups, it is advisable to bring additional cooking utensils. Overall, the experience was very good, the interaction was very pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again. Furthermore, it is just minutes away from La Quebrada. Thank you Victor!

Very good service from Victor, who was always attentive and quick to respond. The house is very spacious; just keep in mind that some rooms share bathrooms. The best thing is that the house has a wonderful view! It is located in a quiet area, but cars do pass by, especially at night, and the noise from the cars is quite noticeable in the rooms that face the street. There was an issue with a couple of rooms; the air conditioning wasn’t working, and although Victor helped us by giving us advice, we couldn’t get it to cool down. 😅 As for the amenities, we needed towels. The pool is nice, although it is smaller than what is shown in the photos. I would say it’s a house that can be enjoyed, but there are points to consider.

The house is very good, the location is not so good, it is very far from the beach and with a lot of traffic, very hidden, it was difficult for us to get there, due to the season we were given it late and they asked us to vacate it early, there was no consideration of being able to occupy it before. I would rate it as average
