The place was amazing and in such a lovely neighborhood! We loved walking around with our dogs while enjoying the beautiful oasis that this place has to offer.

This was my third stay at this place. This time a few more touches had been added, little details make a difference ;-) This isn't 100% central as others have said, but you are close enough to Albrook, a $2.50 or so Uber ride where you can catch the metro train or a bus. It is better than being central I think, it sets it in a perfect location to be a perfect deal, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It meets the basic needs, and you also have a wide array of food delivery options with Appetito (delivery app in panama) any day of the week. Omar is also a great host, and always attentive, and quick to respond.

Wonderfully quiet place to stay in Panama City. Apartment is attached to a house and is in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood, right beside a large park. Location is also walking distance to the huge Albrook Mall, which is nice, as you can shop for food or pretty much anything, as well as go to a huge variety of restaurants. The apartment has a living area with an easy chair, table, 2 stools, and a little kitchen. Kitchen has small fridge, microwave, blender, stovetop, coffee pot, and things like coffee and sugar. The only thing that we couldn’t find that we needed one night was a can opener. The bedroom has air conditioning, which is really nice, along with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom was small but fully functional, along with 3 bath towels, a hand towel, soap, and a hair dryer. Shower is lukewarm water only but climate is hot and humid so we really didn’t miss hot water. TV in bedroom is pay TV as advertised. We enjoyed our stay here a lot, and it was a nice entry into Panama City, as we aren’t used to big cities. Just note that it is MUCH cheaper to use Uber, like less than half the cost of a taxi, so if you don’t have Uber yet and are coming to Panamá City you should definitely sign up and download it!! We would definitely stay at Omar’s place again!

Omar's place is fantastic; it's in a very safe neighborhood, quiet, and perfect for those nature seekers as the Metropolitan Park is a short walk away. I was over there every few days birding. Although I arrived early and in the middle of a family party, Omar didn't skip a beat, invited me to join them, and had the room ready for me. I had a great stay there and can't recommend it enough.

Excellent location, quiet area in the city near a large and complete shopping center and you can easily reach other tourist areas of the city. Their hospitality and kindness are impeccable as are the accommodation itself. We felt very happy and grateful during our stay. 100%recommended

As others have said Omar is a great host. I have stayed at Omar's place twice now and highly recommend. The only issues I encountered where cleanliness related which Omar addressed. Omar is super acoomodating and takes care to make sure you have an enjoyable and carefree stay. The place is great because although its close to Albrook mall, it is a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you don't know how to get there yet, and your spanish not so good, I suggest you take an Uber instead of taxi, many drivers have not been to that particular part of the neighborhood and need you to guide them there. A+

The place is according to the photographs, the beds and the place is very comfortable, it is a little far from the public transport stop but the taxi or Uber are very cheap. The host is attentive and very kind. In general, the place is quiet, has many green areas and makes you feel at home.

Omar place is conveniently located within proximity to the Albrook Shopping Mall which made my trip super easy, after a day of shopping its a short distance to a location that's peaceful and secure, the space provided has lots of space and is very private. Omar as a host goes the extra mile to ensure your comfortable and gives lots of great of advice. would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

For everyone who likes to be out of town surrounded by nature and want a quiet place, this is the place. Omar and his family are very friendly, they were always attentive to us. You like birds, you have to come here.

Omar was a gracious host! He gave us tips of how to get where we were going and things to do each day. He also provided a crib for our baby which we really appreciate! The twin bed is great to have in the room, but not the most comfortable.

I have stayed at Omar's place for almost 2 weeks. I needed to be downtown everyday but wanted to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city at the end of the day. Omar was the perfect place to rest at the end of long days in a safe and quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to downtown. His place is clean and has everything you need if you want to cook. Albrook mall where you can find anything you can possibly imagine is also just a few minutes away by car. Omar is always easily and readily accessible if you have questions. From the beautiful patio where we watched toucans and agoutis to the short walk to a delicious coffee shop and restaurant, this spot was a hidden paradise indeed! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still experience the beautiful wild nature of Panamá. The adjacent metropolitan park is filled with colorful birds, we saw squirrel monkeys and great looks at both the two and three toed sloths and a coati. What a beautiful experience! Thanks to Omar and his lovely parents :)

This spot was the perfect location as we had meetings to attend in Albrook Mall. Took 5-10 mins drive max depending on traffic, and about $3 by taxi. My luggage got lost on the way to Panama and Omar was kind enough to take me to the mall to grab some essentials as soon as I arrived. That and the toiletries he had available in the apartment was a lifesaver! Would definitely book again.

Well decorated, quiet and comfortable, you feel right at home. Near the axes, it's easy to get around the city by car. Shopping malls and amusements a few minutes away in taxi.

Omar and his brother Manu have been the loveliest of hosts. It’s been such a pleasure to be under their caring wing! The most gorgeous and cuddly cat in the world Lorenzo can also become your best friend if you are into that (he s a good cat and will hang around only if you are welcoming that). The area is super peaceful and quiet, quite a posh bit of the city. This is a side guesthouse that is adjacent to the family’s house - ample privacy is provided but you are close to the owners if you need help with anything. The space itself is better than pictures, it is divided in two rooms and all is comfortable. I was specifically searching for a place with a working space as had to get on with lots of projects during my stay and Omar provided me with a great selection of choice from small tables to super huge ones I could use! So helpful. The phone signal is quite weak but wifi is good and stable, although just in one corner of the apartment. All in all, happy with my stay, already booked to come back again!

Excellent location, a very cozy place, safe, the kitchen is complete, everything is clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows, all the bedding and towels were spotless. The host responded super quickly and even allowed us to leave later as the flight left at 9 pm. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe and tenoa parking. I felt at home

Omar's house is located in a great neighborhood. It is a very quiet and safe place and is about 5 minutes drive from the albrook shooping and metro station. The uber there is between $2.50 to $3.50. Omar helped us a lot, both to organize our tours and to help us with a problem we had with uber. He was very thoughtful.

Omar is a good host, he was always very attentive to everything we occupied. The apartment is a little small but still worth it as it is located in a very quiet and very safe place, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Perfect for shopping or walking around every day!

Excellent stay with Omar. His family is very nice and especially his nephews who play in the garage. Omar was very attentive and helped us quite a bit to do smart shopping and locate ourselves in the area. Strategic location being close to Albrook and Marcos Gelabert Airport. We stayed at Omar's for two weeks while in the city, and it was perfect. The location is close to Casco Viejo, Panama City and Albrook mall (all just a few minutes away by car). It's located in a very safe private neighborhood full of beautiful trees and nature, we saw loads of Toucans and Capybaras. Omar was a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed, and was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay with him again!

Historic neighborhood in the very center of Panama!

We loved the stay with Omar. The place is very nice and close to the forest, surrounded by nature, a relaxed atmosphere away from the traffic of the city. The stay is totally worth it, the family is lovely, they took care of us super kindly, they are very friendly. The nice touches in the home are appreciated, we felt very well received, it is definitely an Airbnb worth it, the hospitality is remarkable. Thank you very much Omar! We would definitely be back!
