We have stayed at Jane's condo several times and it never fails to please us! It's an absolutely beautiful place and a great location!

It is amazing when you are able to just watch the ocean and the waves roll in 24/7 ... it was just what we needed. The place was great, pool was awesome and the beach and ocean is exactly what you would expect, wonderful.

Thank for sharing your dreamy place. Best unit inside and out in low density, chill community. Felt like home: Private, spacious and comfortable. Stars to kind, helpful Kathy as well. We will return if late March opens again. Best,

We absolutely loved our stay with Jane. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location convenient to stores, restaurants and downtown Cabo San Jose. The outdoor furnishings and views of the beach and ocean couldn’t have been better and watching the New Years fireworks from the balcony in all directions were spectacular. We also saw whales everyday we were there and found they were most active early morning. Jane was very helpful, kind and responsive. Also, Rudy, the manager of the resort, was extremely helpful and kind and his recommendations were invaluable. He even grocery shopped for us so the condo was stocked when we arrived and was able to relax and enjoy the condo after a long day of travel. We were so thankful we booked with Jane, we had a wonderful vacation and were already talking about another visit before we left!!

This condo has a fantastic water and beach view. The deck is large holding two recliners a couch a 6 seat table BBQ and tanning chairs. The deck, windows and view are worth it. The condo is large with viking appliances, potable water, tons of cooking utensils, large indoor dining table and bar top. The bedrooms are very large with each having its own bathroom. There are boogie boards and beach chairs with umbrellas and the pools are so great! The only draw back during the day are overhead flights from the international airport and the super busy highway behind the condo. It's not super loud, but it's noticeable. The service is top notch, with guards on duty daily. Excellent choice and lovely place to stay.

Our selection to celebrate my “big” birthday with family, seven w/ three young children, was truly a gift to me! It was perfect, feeling so homey and comfortable yet being amazing in the ambiance, layout and location in an upper corner unit. Everyone was so friendly and our host Jane was on top of her game in communication. Useful maps, special events and shopping tips to help us enjoy the area supplemented the little tips on how to make ourselves at home, maximizing its features. The property and pools were well maintained and the setting? Fabulous pounding waves, white sandy beach, and stretching coastline. Walkable restaurants, though we did end up renting a car to do further exploration. Everyone was friendly and welcoming in town and beaches. Rudy purchased groceries for our arrival and Kathy arranged a private chef for my excellent local cuisine birthday dinner. The security guards were helpful and friendly. Jane provided a wonderful base for this trip. Until next time!!

The building and condo are beautiful and right on the water, just as the pictures show. The staff are lovely and the pools were quiet when we were there. There were a few restaurants in walking distance and we went to Mama Mia's a few times, expect slow service and average food but it's convenient. There is a time share building next door that can get a little loud at times but you can't hear it inside the condo as the waves are loud which keeps the noise level down. We've stayed at multiple places in Cabo San Lucas and this was our first time in San Jose which was quieter and had more beach access. The microwave wasn't working for our entire stay, it didn't affect us much since we don't use it often but the propane ran out when the private chef was using the kitchen stove but management was responsive and the chef was able to use the BBQ outside. My only cons would be no water-saving faucets and no large bottles of shampoo that other high end places have had in the past.

Our second stay at Jane’s place and we’ve already booked it for next year! Wonderful place!

The property was outstanding. Our host, Kathy, was excellent.

Highly recommend staying here. Fit all 8 of my family perfectly with such amazing views out of every room. We enjoyed splashing in the waves then relaxing by the pool. There was a great restaurant next door on the sand, only 4 minute walk, as well as Sardina Cantina up the road with very friendly staff and great food. Everything inside the place was clean and modern feeling. I can’t wait to book here again!

I highly recommend this place, even better in person then the pictures!! Perfect location, such a beautiful flat, and so well designed, it made our vacation!!
