If you are thinking about renting this Airbnb from Leslie you should do it. The location was perfect away from the busy resort side at the North end of the island. There was a very good restaurant right across the street as well as a small market. There were two places with a small fee to snorkel at to the South of the house was Garrafon $150 pesos for the day to snorkel and to the North was Kin Ha a restaurant were they let you snorkel and get in the water for free so long as you ordered a drink or some food. The house is exactly as pictured and very clean. The pool was nice to relax in before bed. We went on a fishing charter and used the grill at the house to cook the fish we caught. The outside seating area was very nice. The view from the roof was amazing. Rosa who is the house manager was extremely nice and very helpful, she is local and had a lot of information. She told us to rent our golf cart from Julian which we did and Julian was also extremely helpful and nice.

This is such a great house! Great location. We will be back! We visited when Hurricane Beryl came through. I was a wreck preparing. Leslie had great communication with us about the storm. Rosa the house manager was our angel as she made sure we had flashlights, candles and told us how to prep for the storm. This house has hurricane shutters. I can’t thank them enough for keeping us calm and ensuring we were safe.

Plenty of room for five of us with a variety of areas to hang out, watch the sunset and sunrise or play games. Very comfortable beds. Wonderfully stocked for cooking and eating at home, for going to the beach or swimming in the pool (lots of towels and a couple of beach chairs) and even games , cards and movies available. We liked being near the Punta Sur for morning walks, a variety of restaurants and beach clubs, and the mini market across the street.

We had a wonderful time at Leslies home! We had everything we needed and more. Rosa the house manager was great! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the roof top every evening. There is a small shop across the street for snacks and drinks. We took advanage of the mango stand right by the house almost daily. The best mango and best people running it! This was an adult girls trip but I plan to come back with my husband and kids in the future and will book this home again! I miss the Island already!

The house was perfect for our group of 4. The house and property was very clean. The locking gate made us feel very safe. The host very helpful and accommodating with all of our needs and questions. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. It was nice to have a small store across the street from the house. We were very pleased and would love to stay here again in the future. For future renters, do not bring beach towels or pool floats, there are tons at the house that you can use. Take the orange reusable bags to the grocery store otherwise you will have to buy bags. Order Oscar’s pizza and go to Albatross beach club it was great! Have fun!

Absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be back - two pools, 3 floors (careful on the stairs), 4 beds (exactly what we needed for the six of us), outstanding view (especially from the top floor balcony), picturesque outdoor shaded area complete with large table & chairs, mini-fridge, outdoor bathroom, bbq grill, and a couple hammocks to boot.... simply superb. Moreover, there was a little taco stand directly across the street that might very well serve the best tacos on the island. We look forward to staying again!

Leslie has the most amazing house. This was our second time to Isla mujeres, and we have ourselves, a 10 & 5 year old, my sister (20) and my mother. This house was perfect for us, enough space to spread out, every room had their own big bathroom, the outside spaces were AMAZING. Enough sunshine for the kids and I, enough shade for my easily burnt hubby. The big pool downstairs for the kids and the smaller one and plenty of seating (and a "wonderful view", according to my 5yo... seriously, amazing) upstairs for the other adults to relax. The porch connecting the two bedrooms was also plenty shady and lovely. ACs worked well, we had one that decided to not work one night but Leslie had it replaced extremely quickly. We had a lizard friend who would sit at the top ledge and watch the kids swim, we named him Wilson because we could only see his head peeking over the wall most of the time, which the kids loved. I honestly wish we could either buy the house or build one just like it for ourselves, but, we'll have to make due by just returning here often. You definitely need a golf cart to get around, but we planned on getting one anyway, so it was perfect. Nice to be away from the crazy and the noise, and 12-15 minutes from the opposite side of the island. Rosa the house manager was so kind and helpful, a real sweetie. Leslie was quick to answer any tiny question or concern I had, even months before arriving. She's been amazing to work with, as well. 110% recommend this place!
