We had a lovely time in this property. Has all the amenities you would need in a home. If you have a car, it’s a great spot to stay since it’s 10 min to playa de Coco and playa hermosa. It’s a small gated community. Thanks for hosting us.

Beautiful, big, modern house with a great aesthetic. This is a great house to relax at after enjoying the days out. The host were always responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely book this spot again.

An extremely clean place, easily accessible, the infrastructure is in perfect condition, it is located in a strategic place where you can find beaches and services very close, in short, a great place to stay. The host is very attentive and always ready if you have any questions

This is really one of the nicest properties in the area. The house is well equipped, everything (including the house) is basically brand new. The check-in process was really smooth, Helmuth and Melissa were super responsive to my questions prior arrival and they even let me do a late check out (I really appreciated that). There is a really good Wifi connection all around the house and the plunge pool is perfect for the hot weather this time of the year. This place is pretty close to a lot of nice beaches in the area (like 10 min max), restaurants, super markets and even the airport. Definitely, a place to stay during your visit to Costa Rica.

YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!!! This newer house is gorgeous and so much more than the photos depict! Massive kitchen, clean & comfortable furniture, great sunset view from the master balcony, private pool, and just way too much to mention! Host was so responsive and super accommodating. Master bedroom has a king bed, and second and third bedrooms have queen beds.; Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Gated community with easy access to playa coco and playa hermoso. I would definitely stay here again!
