We weren't sure exactly where to stay when coming to Nicaragua for the first time, but couldn't have picked a better place. This house is spacious, with more bedrooms than we could fill, and comfortable. The yard is well tended to and has a striking view. The House Manager is so kind and responsive, everything we needed was right there. Any issues are easily overlooked as this house had every element necessary for a comfortable stay. We made this house our home for two weeks and my family didn't want to leave.

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. Quiet. Clean, with incredible views. The beach is very close and easily accessible.

What an absolute gem! The place is gorgeous, there’s not a bad thing to say. The views are spectacular, it’s extremely peaceful. Felix, the house manager was extremely kind and helpful.

The Villa is fantastic and highly spacious. Could easily fit 3-4 couples or 2-3 families with kids. Views are surreal and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Host is highly responsive. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we're in the area.

Excellent stay in a fabulous place for those who love nature and tranquility! A vehicle is necessary for travel and to get supplies, because the place is far from everything. The ocean view is beautiful and the quiet beach is superb! The villa is large and very beautiful! Monkeys, birds, turtles, butterflies, geckos and so on are all around, just open your eyes and admire.

I recently hosted a Yoga retreat for seven people at Bella's home and it was absolutely perfect. The home is stunning—spacious enough for us to gather as a group, yet full of cozy corners to slip away and enjoy quiet time alone. We practiced yoga on the deck, surrounded by ocean views and the sound of the waves—a truly soothing experience. There is also a magical meditation platform tucked above the water and hidden among the jungle trees. We used it for meditation, massage, and reiki sessions, and it was unforgettable. The home has a massage table! Amazing. The beach is just a short walk away and is quiet and private. Conchita cooked for us all week, and her meals were incredible—she is such a gift, so kind, and so talented. Bella, our host, was always available with anything we needed, and Felix and Dixia kept the house spotless and were so helpful during our stay. I truly cannot recommend this home enough. This place is magical, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Everything was great. Soaked in the hot bath tub for the majority of my time there, hard to find around here.

I want to express my deep gratitude, first of all, to our host Bella, who is truly an exceptional host. Her home is stunning — beautifully designed with exquisite attention to detail — and simply entering the house is a wonderful experience in itself. Bella has also put together an excellent team to care for the property. Felix, the house manager, is always available, attentive, and ready to solve any issue with kindness and efficiency. His wife, Dixia, helps with the cleaning and does so with great discretion and warmth. In addition, we hired Conchita who was an absolute delight. She not only prepared delicious meals with the best local ingredients — knowing exactly where to find them — but also introduced us to the local Nicaraguan community, making our stay even more memorable. This house is great for families or multiple people traveling for a retreat. It has great space. The views overall (there are multiples) are amazing. The view from the deck is simply magical, the most magical. It is hard to capture the feeling you get when you see the view from the main deck in person. You will be relaxed and transported to a magical place the minute you walk in. My family of 8 (plus 3 who stayed nearby) spent a glorious 4 days. The host recommended Conchita, the cook who arrived at 7:00 am everyday. OMG she was the best cook. Simple meals with great flavors every day. She was a life saver. There are no restaurants nearby (only a very expensive and limited restaurant by Aqua). We were spoiled with Conchita’s food. Felix, the caretaker gets 5 starts. He was 100 percent responsive and a hard worker. Our host was too. She was responsive immediately with all of our questions. We are grateful she shared her beautiful home with us. It is truly a special place. Bring games.

We had a great stay. The house has an amazing view and it's just a short walk to Redonda Bay. We would definitely recommend.
