Beautiful spacious house with well-kept pool in a perfect location right on the quiet beach of Playa Hermosa. We (8 adults and 1 toddler) had a wonderful week there. Laura (caretaker) and her son cooked us a typical Costa Rican dinner and breakfast for a fee. Very delicious! The situation with the many different keys is a bit annoying! Unfortunately, on the 2nd night, 3 pairs of shoes and swimming wings were stolen from the terrace right by the house!!! That was very annoying! So please don't leave ANYTHING outside at night!

We loved our stay at Casa Luarca beach house. Christian was friendly and helpful during our stay, as were the on-site caretakers. The house is beautiful with an absolutely perfect location on the beach. Our kids adored their time in the pool and in the ocean, and the adults enjoyed the relaxing space and proximity to the beautiful beach. Playa Hermosa was quiet, great swimming beach with a few good choices for restaurants right on the beach. The house felt spacious for our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 teens), the air conditioning in each room made for comfortable sleeping and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed the pool-side terrace and the upper terrace overlooking the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
