Excellent location, very good distribution of rooms, fabulous that there are 3 bathrooms… everything excellent. It's a highly recommended property.

Denisse was very kind at all times. Only a few things happened. 2 of the bathrooms in the apartment were dirty and there was a lot of powder in the showers. Also, the refrigerator was not working and one of the air conditioners was dripping water at first, but Denisse always wanted to help.

Denisse's place had its pros and cons. On the positive side, Denisse was friendly and helpful, the apartment was well-decorated and conveniently located, and we were provided with beach supplies and cooking utensils. However, there were some issues beyond Denisse's control, such as neighbors parking in our spot, a neighborhood power outage on our last day, and construction of a warehouse obstructing the view from the pool. Maintenance issues included clogged sink and toilet, slow response time, and uncomfortable furniture. Overall, while Denisse was accommodating, there were some inconveniences during our stay. I think it is a good place to stay in Cabo, but might be slightly overpriced for the value.

Excellent location and installations, the quite spacious apartment for a family of 6. An incredible view of the arch of Cabos. There were some plumbing details and a tv but Denisse I always send someone to follow up and try to fix the problems

Overall we had a great stay. The place was good for kids with 2 little playscapes out front and an awesome pool setup with a separated shallow area for children. Communication was friendly and prompt and they were very accommodating with checkin which helped us out a ton. The grill is charcoal so remember to buy some before planning a dinner! We'll definitely go back!

Denisse, was very responsive and kind. The place was lovely-bright, spacious, with tall ceilings and bright modern and comfortable furnishings. My adult kids and I loved it. It was easy to get into. While we needed an uber to get to the beach and into Cabo, it was quite easy to do. We sat on the balcony every morning reading as the sun came up and it was lovely...even despite the construction, with beautiful views and lovely sun. The rooms were spacious and bright and bathrooms clean and modern.All in all we would return!

Please read all the reviews as I did and decided to rent this place it's exactly what they all say * * * * * I would give Denisse 20 Stars if I could she's so nice and caring as soon as you're close to check in she will send instructions, step by step and let you know that's she's available for any questions, etc. The condo is located exactly 10+ minutes in to town and the Marina. Away from tourists, loud music, crazy crowds is what we like. A 5 minute ride to Walmart where I did all my grocery shopping, great selection of premium meats, fish fresh fruits spirits, you don't have to go anywhere else. The condo has a full kitchen packed with glassware, utensils, microwave and huge refrigerator/freezer you can make a big breakfast for everyone as they a huge dining table to entertain. All the rooms have working A/C smart TVs and super comfortable clean bedding and pillows. The master bedroom is incredible, comfortable, and has a ceiling fan to cool out the room after a day out.

Pleasant, comfortable and very comfortable, of course he rated excellent, an unexpected circumstance, but nothing that was not fixed, I would stay there again, Denisse was very attentive and pleasant.
