The location is located near the Masaya volcano +++. Beautiful vegetation on the site but apart from the pool with spectacular views of the lagoon, the amount is exaggerated for the location compared to other listings in the area. When I arrived the cabinas was not ready because the staff didn't seem to be aware of our arrival, it seemed to have a communication problem between them regarding our room. In the evening we ran out of electricity, we had to go to the reception to let them know. It was settled after a while. Afterwards, during the night the electricity stopped too and we had no fans for the night. The next day the electricity came back around 9:00 am only, thankfully we had the small gas oven to have lunch. The photos and videos you see listing the place are too beautiful compared to reality. The pool was dirty and had no water filter and when entering the rooms the middle part of the ceiling is full of bugs and looks bad. The front desk was not pleasant either. At no time were we notified that we had to give a deposit of $80 apart from the room payment, which I believe should be communicated. There was a cleaning lady and Miss Mercedes who treated us very well but the rest do not have customer service skills.
