We enjoyed our stay very much in this large, beachfront condo unit. First, the good things. The place is very large, with nearly 2,500sqft (750 sqm) of space. The main floor is quite spacious, allowing a family of six to spread out and feel at home. The location is unbeatable, being right on the beach in a quiet zone between the all-inclusive resorts and the Buenaventura gated community. Also, the Super 99 grocery store (a 5min drive) is fantastic, allowing you to find whatever you need to cook meals or to stock up on snacks and drinks for the beach. The condo complex is not highly populated, meaning on some days it feels like you have the place to yourself. Now for a few drawbacks. The hot water is barely functional - it only works upstairs and not in the kitchen. The property needs maintenance, and parts of the condo complex are in decay. The kitchen and most of the furniture are well-worn and could use a refresh. The master ensuite shower did not have a shower head.

The stay was the best. The apartment is very clean, with beautiful views of the sea, good service from the hosts, a good place to spend time as a family and enjoy days of rest. Recommended!!

It is an apartment with an excellent location, very comfortable, and spacious with a spectacular ocean view. Inside a very nice living complex with many amenities. The manager Mr. Ricardo is very attentive and predisposed to resolving problems. A very comfortable gallery as shown in the published pictures. Regarding the furniture, it is also as shown in very taste, quality and comfort. With a spacious and complete kitchen. However, as an additional suggestion and depending on an apartment of those characteristics and price, the lack or deterioration of small appliances was noticed, such as they did not have a toaster, blender in very bad condition, there were not enough rates with dishes for breakfast, when putting the washing machine in operation, the place began to flood the place, another important point is the lack of hot water and deteriorated showers.

Aury's property is beautiful! We spent an amazing few days just steps down the beach. The spectacular view, the pool and clean common areas, and the luxury house, had everything we could need and more. We were two families with children and were very comfortable. Mr. Ricardo welcomed us and helped with everything we need during our stay.

The apartment and ubication were A++. More than what we were expecting. We had an amazing and relaxing family time. The pictures don't show how beautiful is this place. You need to go to see it by yourself. The views, the warm beach water, the pool layout, and the cleanliness were super. On top of that, the costume service was great with courteous and timely communication. We would come back any time.

The apartment is beautiful, even better than the photographs. The kitchen and the apartment perfectly equipped with everything you need. If you have a good market you don't need to leave the apartment, the beach is right in front, as is the pool. If you need to go to the supermarket or restaurant, you need to go out by car. Excellent communication with Aury and Ricardo. Always attentive to any need or concern. Wonderful stay. We'll probably be back

This place is amazing! The apartment is incredible, the beach is right in front of the apartamento and it is very nice, the pool and gardens are so beautiful. Aury is a very good host and Ricardo (who received us for Checkin) is so nice and so helpful!

Ricardo was very friendly. We unfortunately didn't imagine the resort was in such a bad condition. Dirty pool and everything was very neglected. The beach is very nice but not what we expected.

Es una lástima que solo se enfocó en las falencias del apartamento y no pudo apreciar su maravillosa ubicación frente al mar , la decoración , los detalles ,confort de las camas, dotación completa de cocina, toallas, amenities, aire central, agua de cortesía. La piscina y áreas comunes se escapan de mi control, sin embargo tenemos una administración que está enfocada en mejorar su imagen, y tenemos fe ,será exitosa. Perfect communication! Property was very clean and Señor Ricardo is such a nice person , always available and kind. Property is very spacious with all amenities. Very near by the beach and supermarkets. We had a great relaxing time in family. Thank you!

With the ocean view terrace and the frontline at the beach the location is the greatest asset of this apartment !! Also great host and housekeeper. We will look for an opportunity to go back.
