Soul House is fantastic. Our family (6 adults) chose it from the AB&B photos, but they don't do it justice. The house is modern, clean and the AC, kitchen appliances, TV etc worked well. The location makes this place special. There's a fantastic surf break right out front and the views stunning. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Teresa cleaned and Carlos helped with everything else. He even took our son (a big surfer) to several local breaks. Hugely appreciated. We were glad we didn’t rent a vehicle. Uber was everywhere, and parking in nearby towns limited. El Tunco is 10 mins and El Zonte 20 mins. Both felt safe, with good bars, restaurants, and souvenir outlets. We also enjoyed Tamanique Waterfalls (30 mins). Bring good shoes. Finally, we highly recommend Rosa to cook during your stay. She shops, cooks and cleans up afterwards. Exceptional food and value. A genuine highlight. We loved Soul House and were sad to leave.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

Great location, near everything but yet secluded and very private. Theres lots of rocks on the beach right in front of the property which at first didnt like but I realized it brings all the privacy I wanted cause there’s no one walking in front of it all the time like all the other properties. At night the waves breaking on the rocks, so soothing. The rooms were the perfect size. We have 5 teenagers and they were all pleased. The AC worked perfectly everywhere, we were really comfortable. Theres lots of beach/bath towels. Theres 3 fridges, perfect for the all family members that visited us. Theres a restroom accessible from outside thats really practical. 2 outside showers + a low fosset to clean the sand. Pool was the right size and cleaned every day just like the rest of the property. Kitchen had everything we needed for our large group. Wifi was excellent. Eliseo and Teresa were really polite and helpful. They made us feel safe and taken care of. Thank you for everything.

Look no further! Amazing home amenities. Hot shower, welcome drinks and coconuts. Spacious and clean rooms with working AC. The only thing we would change (personal preference since we like to get sun while in a pool) is that the pool doesn’t get sun much! Also, the back of the house(beach side) is very rocky! We didnt mind since when the tide is low you could sit and enjoy the warm pacific ocean water, but definitely something that my 75 year old in laws couldn’t get to do. Thank you for making us feel like home! We would be back

As described. The house is a great home base with everything you need. Host is super responsive and accommodating. 2 bedrooms literally look right over the water for beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need for a stay with a mall and grocery store just a 5 minute drive away. Would not hesitate to return.

Toumas’s home is beautiful and relaxing. The view from the house and beach access were incredible. The home itself has everything you need. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I would love to return for a longer stay.

Highly recommend this place, the property is located on the corner of a beach with a beautiful ocean view. The lot of land is large and comfortable, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, if you have special requests, Carlos one of the hosts will make it happen! Teressa kept the property clean daily. We requested a cook and they arranged Rosa to come daily to make us 2 meals a day with fresh food, she made amazing food and accommodated to any special requests. Overall we were extremely satisfied with everything, can’t wait to come back!

Home exceeded our expectations. The beach as the backyard was the best! The views were amazing, we were able to see a few surfers from the living room. Restaurants and shopping is only a 3 min drive. Definitely coming back! The girls that helped around the house were also very sweet and helpful.

Soul is SO special. Our family of seven loved being here! The home is even better than the pictures. The green areas & pool are bigger than I expected. The set-up outside is perfect for a group. A great mix of sun & shade with a nice big table, where our family ate every meal. The rooms are clean & bright with plenty of space & shelves on which to unpack & settle in. The view from the front two bedrooms is something I hope I never forget...same with the sound of the waves crashing. The location is perfect...private because of rocks & the way the tides hit AND right at the beginning of the sandy part of the beach, on which you can walk for maybe a mile. What a joy to watch surfers from the comfort of the house's beach chairs as the sun set each evening. The staff communicates wonderfully and responsively. We felt well taken care of by Teresa & Ellen & like we made a new friend in Carlos. And Chef Rosa...what a gift! Such great food. I genuinely hope we can return & experience Soul again

This was a fantastic place to enjoy the lake with my family. It was private and very peaceful. Miguel, the onsite caretaker, was kind and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this house.

My place is perfect. It is close to everything and, what's more, right on the beach. The check-in went very well. Teresa and Carlos were waiting for us to show us around the house and explain how everything worked. Also, the accommodation is very well equipped in terms of the kitchen; we had everything we needed. The sea view is amazing, and the swimming pool completes the picture. It’s even better than in the pictures! The entire Tuomas team was able to answer our questions and help us plan our activities throughout our stay. I would recommend this place without hesitation; we loved it.

This airbnb is top 3 airbnbs i’ve stayed at and ive stayed at a little over 100+ now. Great immediate responses to any questions, great help for navigating the area, the daily house help was 10/10. I have nothing but great things to say about this airbnb. I was hesitant to write a review to keep this place a hidden secret but felt that’d be a disservice to the wonderful hosts!!

Tuomas house is the perfect getaway right on the beach. Doesn’t matter if you’re here for surfing or have the whole family…. This place has you covered! We are definitely coming back!!

Beautiful place. We spent 7 nights and it was such a joy. Tuomas was super responsive and friendly. The house is super comfortable and beautiful views.
