Amazing area and even more amazing hosts. Helpful in every kind of way and very flexible.

The stay was amazing, the house was so clean and spacious. The pool was easy accessible and we rented a car so everything was close in proximity to the house from restaurants, store and beaches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for booking! 😊

We had an awesome 6 week stay at Casa Shio! El Tezal is a convenient location for a long term stay in Cabo, with an increasing number of restaurants and stores nearby. The house was exactly as promised and the neighborhood was well kept, secure, residential, and peaceful. The house was dog-friendly. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The beach supplies, puzzles, and board games were a great addition. Belen and Emilio were wonderful. From greeting us on arrival day to handling our periodic questions, they were helpful, friendly, and immediately responsive. Charles also made himself available to help with any questions or issues. We would gladly be guests here again!

The condo is in a great community. The location is central for exploring and close to grocery stores. Unfortunately the construction of a new condo project is blocking out some of the nice scenery. You may also experience the occasional smell of sewage due to a vent in the area but it doesn't last very long. Overall our stay at Casa Shio was excellent, we will be back next year!

We had an amazing stay! The host was absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for about 5 days, and the house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked out better than we could have hoped. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This house is very cozy with a great view and many commodities. It had everything you need and more. Host always responded within minutes to our questions and we definitely appreciate it. Made us feel right at home. Thank you!!

The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, with an amazing view of the ocean Charles and his wife were so nice we ran out of water but Charles and his wife came in less than 30mins to fix the issue. I enjoyed my stay here.

We had a great time! The hosts were very responsive and had answers to our questions before we even had to ask them. The location was great. Close to town but not too busy. Great restaurants and amenities near by. Can’t wait to visit again!

For us, this was a great location in a gated community. We enjoyed the pickleball courts just outside the gate along with the fitness facility. Very low traffic area. Uber was our choice in getting around the area, just minutes from anywhere. Surprisingly the inside of the house was decorated for the Christmas season throughout each room including a tree in the living room, very well presented in welcoming us from the states. Most of our time was spent on the deck or relaxing pool side. Cabo has been our holiday destination for years & we enjoy this location for the views that adds to the relaxation.
