The apartment is perfect for a family of up to 6 people or 2 couples. The bedrooms have their bathrooms, the beds are comfy, sheets, and clean towels. The social area of the complex is very nice, with different pools and close to the beach (there is a long staircase). They have a restaurant and a mini market to buy simple little things if something was forgotten. Communication with Gabriel and Samantha was very fast and efficient. We'll be sure to come back.

I traveled with my husband and two small kids (age 8 and 5) and we really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The kitchen was very well outfitted, the beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of towels. The AC also worked great. The condo complex is a slice of heaven on earth. I especially like the salt water swimming pools and delicious drinks from the restaurant. We would love to go back soon. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to all communication before and during our stay.

Great stay. Spectacular complex, with nice landscapes, restaurant, spa, pools (acclimatized even) beach a few meters away, a few meters away, a clean and spacious apartment.

Excellent family atmosphere and comfort

AMAZING!!! Will return again and again! The pool area, beach and private restaurant were fantastic! , the apartment was super clean, large and with an amazing view! Central A/C that kept the apartment cool on a sunny day. I will definitely come back every time I can. Just a GREAT word!

Great choice for enjoying the beach. I spent a couple days in Gabriel and Samantha's apartment and we had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The sea view of the terrace is very nice. The social areas are in perfect condition, with several swimming pools, restaurant, gym, spa. To highlight the attention of our hosts, attentive to us and what we needed for our stay, with very useful response time. Super recommended. I hope to return soon.

Had a wonderful stay in Rio Mar and the place was amazing, relaxing and we enjoyed out stay very much. Gabriel and Samatha were great hosts and we will be back next year, thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment. It is really nice an we had a great time. My only recommendation is to check the A/C because is hard that turns on again after it reached the desire temperature.

The appartement was very nice and as described. It is well located in a beautiful beach complex and it has all the necessary amenities. Communication with Gabriel was super easy and he was always very responsive. I’d definitely recommend this listing and would happily stay there again.

Wonderful location and place!

This is my second time in this apartment and I will keep coming back! View is amazing, it has everything you could need and the “area social” is just perfect ! It’s also close to the city so it was perfect for a quick getaway! Gabriel and Samantha were super nice, kept in touch and were very flexible with our schedule! Great hosts! Thank you!
