Everything is very good. The house is quite spacious and very tidy. We had a good time as a family in the spaces that the house has. We will definitely go back!!

It certainly met my expectations. It's a very beautiful house, and its structure may need some touch-ups, but overall, it serves its purpose. I just have one suggestion: perhaps install screens on the windows to prevent a lot of mosquitoes and gnats from getting into the rooms.

Lisette was very responsive and quick! When I need it to adjust my date a day before she was very flexible, that to me is costumer service, I’ll recommend her and this place 100 % confident that it will be great! We already thinking on coming back again! It’s an amazing place !!!!

I was very pleased with the communication that I had with the host. Since the beginning I was able to arrange things. Javier and his wife are the best, very attentive and always on top to f any need we had. My family and I are very please with their service. The house is beautiful I was very please. This was my first time renting a Airbnb and I was afraid of what I was going to find, I was very pleased. I wish the city would put effort on fixing the road to the house. The road and not having stores or restaurants closer to the area are a a little negative. I did asked ahead of time about restaurants and Claudia was very honest about it and told me ahead of time what is around. I appreciated that, maybe in the future that will change. Thank you for opening your doors to your home, it’s beautiful and my family has a great time. I highly recommend the house, it’s spacious and beautiful. Please thank Javier and his wife for everything

Lisette & Claudia were amazing, friendly & responsive. Javier the house taker was very sweet and willing to run errands for us. They maintain the house very clean and it was a great experience! Restaurants and stores aren’t easily accessible but they have a chef available that can buy the groceries and cook for you which worked out for us. If you want to relax with privacy, this house is perfect. We would definitely return!

Stay was beautiful, right on the beach as described. The house is big and very spacious. The pool is cleaned daily. Would very much recommend. All the rooms had AC and it worked perfectly. Some of the sheets had stains on them so maybe recommend replacing some of them.

I have mix feelings about this property. The house is truly beautiful & super spacious. We were a large group & that space was great. The patio area & pool are simply amazing. The ocean breeze while sitting out there with a cup of coffee truly priceless. Our kids loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. The caretaker (Javier) was extremely friendly & helpful. He got us fresh coconuts and anything we needed he was always there to help. The kitchen needs MAJOR repairs. Kitchen was very disappointing and dirty. I bought disinfecting products so I could clean myself. Silverware was gross. Owners need to buy new everything in that kitchen. Linens and towels need a major upgrade too. I would wake up to feathers all over the floor from the bed set. There is only one dirt road that provides access to the house & due to rainfall it flooded. We had to leave the house in the middle of our stay. The owners were easy to talk & got a refund.

I have to say the view is beautiful, unfortunately the home was not clean when we got there. Things were left behind by other guest so we knew it was not cleaned thoroughly before we got there but the host of the home communicated with me very well. Every time there was an issue she got to me as fast as possible. She had great communication unfortunately there was a storm before we got there, but we did see the next-door pool and noticed their pool was extremely clean and hers was not. And what really threw us off. Was street dogs going in and out of the home. So we realized that was probably why three or four of us were covered in flee bites. This really got us to the point to having to rent hotel rooms and I’m very glad the owner did refund me two days. I’ve been to many beach houses and never had this experience. I feel that the owner really needs to put a lot more effort into the home and maybe add a washer or dryer so the covers on the beds won’t feel wet and newer amenities.

We were a group of 12 and everyone had their own space inside and outside. The pool area and backyard and beach itself was very clean and beautiful, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable as well as comfortable beds. There really was no bugs during the day. During the night obviously cause the light attracted them but not a lot and not invasive. Javier was very attentive, friendly and super helpful. We all left very happy with our stay and the service.

The house is a beautiful beach house. The waves were rough but we loved every minute of it. Xiomara the cook was very friendly and made delicious salvadorean food.
