Excellent place, all the amenities shown in the photos, the pool was spectacular, plus the check-in and check-out times were super flexible, something that no one else offers anymore. Super attentive and friendly hosts.
Our experience was very positive. The host was extremely kind, always available, and responded quickly to all our questions, which made our stay very comfortable from the start. The accommodation is a somewhat old house, but it is very well maintained and in excellent condition. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The pool is spacious and was one of the things we enjoyed the most. Also, the green areas and the property in general are very well maintained. It's definitely a place we'd go back to and recommend.
Traditional house very well equipped and well maintained. The garden/park is huge. The pool is great: the largest I have had in the 5 rentals in Costa Rica. The caretaker is very attentive and it is very much appreciated. Lots of iguanas, a little impressive for Europeans, but quiet, and it's really nice. Remember to sleep with the air conditioning on! The first night, I didn't turn it on. 1 big 'baby' crawled all night above our bed, with its claws on a sheet metal roof, it was very loud and a little creepy because we didn't know what it was! I laughed at myself the next day when I realized... Nearby: fish market where you can find lobsters and shrimp at the top, not very welcoming at first contact, better after the 3rd visit. Puntarenas is not very touristy but if you are respectful and smiling, people are all very kind. Pure vida

Very nice place. We had a blast. Private, walkable and safe. I definitely recommend it and could go back again.
Manuel’s place is so amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is gorgeous, the yard is magnificent and you have your own beach. We loved everything about this place and wished we were still there. Roberto the guard was incredibly helpful, kind and an awesome guy. If you’re heading to El Roble definitely consider a stay here, we felt safe and you are close to everything.
The place exceeded expectations of what we saw in the photos. My family had a great time at this place. The attention from the hosts was really excellent.

We had a wonderful family Christmas in Costa Rica. This house and location were great. The house was clean and well furnished. The porch, pool and yard were spectacular. We enjoyed all the wildlife scittering through the yard., many iguanas, birds and squirrels. The beach was lovely to walk, sit and swim on. Great time in a great place.
