Michael and his team were first class our entire experience. Rodolfo the concierge was excellent, along with all of the staff that supported us during our stay. The house is excellent for groups, and the views from the infinity pool are amazing. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Casa Theodore was meticulously clean. We enjoyed great views, a safe area, and the property was a short drive to town. Just as described and would recommend for large groups and for entertaining.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday at Casa Theodore with a group of 14. Everything was AMAZING. From the moment I booked, Rachel and Michael were available and very helpful with the planning. When we arrived at the house, Rodolfo, the concierge, was available and helpful every time we needed something. I even threw a few last minute things at him, and he handled it all efficiently and graciously. The actual house - WOW. The location was perfect, the rooms were perfect, and the house was exactly what we were looking for. I do recommend taking advantage of the chef, for breakfasts and dinners. The food was excellent, and very much appreciated! Highly recommend Casa Theodore. We will be booking with them again in the future.

Place is immaculate and staff is amazing! Concierge services at your fingertips, food was amazing, transportation lined up with zero issues. Rodolfo was awesome and I would very much recommend Casa Theodore for any large groups looking to travel to Cabo.

It is a wonderful location with tremendous views. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is easy to cook in. The pool and outdoor areas were great. It is only a few minutes walk to a beach that is beautiful and not crowded. The staff were so nice and hardworking. It is perfect for a family reunion or group vacation. The host and concierge were helpful in arranging activities offsite with really great companies like sustainable camel tours and ATV rides as well as a boat tour. However, I would think twice about hosting a company onsite here because the wifi does not work very well at all. We had to use our personal hot spots most of the time which didn’t work well for Zoom or GoogleMeet calls. There aren’t many outlets for plugging computers in. Also, make sure to contact the host upfront before booking the place because there are a lot hidden costs and deposits that are not stated upfront in the airbnb listing. Make sure you confirm the total number of rooms and total security deposit before you book. Get it in writing just in case there is any confusion.

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing this house is. The picture do it no justice. The entire staff was flawless from checkin to departure. Love Rodolfo and Luis. The beds are super comfortable. The food from the chef was amazing. Everything was just top tier and the views were priceless. My birthday trip was just amazing and I can’t thank the entire staff for all their help. Highly would recommend this property.

We had a group stay at Casa Theodore from Aug 19-22. The house was beautiful and had the views were amazing. Our group enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas. The rooms were spacious and clean. A/C was an issue in a couple rooms, however we were able to get assistance from maintenance and Rodolfo to ensure that all guests had working A/C. We did find it somewhat weird and awkward that Michael, the owner, hovered the first couple days of our trip. There were many people in our group that commented it made things awkward as though he was overseeing everyone having a good time. Overall the actual stay was fair, Michael and his team were quick to respond to our requests, and work with us on planning. We did find that initially we were asked to pay additional costs per person and per room over the costs listed on the airbnb website. I for the life of me could not find where the additional costs being requested were coming from. After some back and forth they were reduced, as they were not listed anywhere. We did host a dinner party our first night at the villa. The food was pretty terrible and extremely overpriced from our perspective. Most people in our group were not impressed and did not enjoy the food. The amenities of the house were great, Rodolfo was incredible and he was very helpful. Most guests enjoyed the pool, with the exception being several of the ladies. We are not sure why, but after spending some time in the pool, their hair started showing a blue color. We are assuming it was from the chemicals in the pool, but they weren't happy about having blue hair. Our group was there to enjoy several birthday's. We were able to do it in safety in the house.

While we do try to make everyone's trip to their liking, sometimes we have clients that make things very difficult for us to accomplish that goal. The only times I was at the villa were for the check in, and the 2 chef services, as my staff was having difficulty getting co-operation from your group during these services, as we do have certain Covid19 protocols we must follow. The costs for the rooms were explained from the beginning, and the only additional charge you paid was to upgrade rooms. The dinner party was made very difficult by the change of venue from outside to inside and back outside, not to mention having your guests being delayed an hour. It is difficult enough to cater an event for 25 guests, with no changes at the last minute. We do apologize that, with all the changes some of the food ended up sitting too long. We do appreciate your thinking that the amenities of the villa were great, and that Rodolfo was incredible. We have never had any issue with hair color before, and it was only one guest that had that issue, so it was definitely specific to her. We are glad that you were able to celebrate your birthday\s in the safety of the villa.

This villa was great and perfect for my big party. The workers were very helpful and attentive to the group, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect about 5min away from everything ( you will need a taxi). I would come back anytime.

Wow, not really sure where to start, from the reservation to the follow up a day after checking out, Micheal and Rachel were absolutely amazing. The villa was beyond my expectation, the pictures do absolutely NOTHING for this villa, you would have to stay here to understand. The beds were so comfortable, they were so hard to get out off each day. The villa accommodated 17 guest and the he spacing was excellent. The view was breathtaking. The villa is conveniently located minutes from the beach, Walmart, Costco, night life activities and pier. The security provided made all guest feel safe. The concierge service (Rolando) waited on the guest as if they were royalty. I was able to communicate effectively through WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa when visiting Los Cabo. yes

This was my third stay in the Pedregal neighborhood. Casa Theodore was the best experience yet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The view from the pool in the backyard is spectacular. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to Cabo. They will go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. They have a list of services to help set up anything you need on the trip.

Casa Theodore is exceptional! The view is unbeatable and all the rooms top notch. It easily accommodated our larger group and we had an amazing time. Perfect location close to downtown and the Marina. We can’t wait to go back!
