The location of this house is perfect! Private and view of the ocean is majestic! The house is beautifully designed to enjoy the breeze and view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the house needs better upkeep and maintenance. The shower door. Will not stay close. All the screen on the doors and windows are damaged and the bugs get inside very easily. We had a mejor fly infestation in the kitchen because of this issue .The air conditioner in the main bedroom on the first floor did not work the last 4 of 7 days of our stay. After changing the batteries in the remote a couple of times, we were finally told that it needed to be repaired and that itwould not happen till after our check out. The sewage smell coming from the bathroom is very strong. When I brought all these issues to the ground keeper, she said that all these issues were known to the owner but nothing has been done to remediate them. The owner was responsive to our complaints and did not charge us for the electricity issue.

We celebrated my grandmother's 80th birthday in this beautiful house, and it was definitely the best choice. All the spaces were perfect, the rooms were super comfortable and spacious; we were all able to get settled in without any problem. The view of the beach is simply spectacular and makes the experience even more special. In addition, the house is fully equipped: kitchen, bathrooms, utensils and everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Without a doubt, 10000% recommended. We hope to be back very soon. 🌊✨

This property is amazing—private, quiet, peaceful, and well-equipped; it has everything you need for an unforgettable beachfront vacation. The host and the people at the property were extremely friendly and generous throughout the stay. For large groups, this house is worth every penny. 🤗

An amazing stay! The house is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for large groups. The best thing is the oceanfront location and the pool, which was spotless. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets in Pochomil. Totally recommended!

We booked Gabriel’s place as a group of 11 as we had a wedding to attend to next door. Everything was kept clean by the housekeeper Karina and the photos are accurate. However, we found out after booking that electricity usage was capped. Moreover, we explicitly asked if a washing machine is available on property, to which he said yes. When we arrived, we learned that the washing machine doesn’t belong to the Airbnb, but to Karina in her own house. There’s only a washing sink in the Airbnb. Thankfully, Karina was so generous to do our laundry. The wifi didn’t work at all during our stay, but that was beyond Gabriel’s power, as the construction works nearby may have affected the internet lines. The property next door also didn’t have internet due to this issue. We had a stray dog walk into the house at night, but managed to shoo him off. Gabriel also helped organizing airport transfer. I suggest adding missing info to the ad to manage expectations. Thank you again for hosting us!

Regarding the internet, the interruption you experienced was due to the ongoing construction of the Carretera Costanera Nicaragua, a major project that is extending access all the way to Pochomil Viejo. This work temporarily affected local internet lines across the area, including neighboring properties, and was unfortunately outside of our control. The issue has since been resolved, and in the long term this development will bring a brand new and much improved access road to the المنطقة. With respect to the laundry, this appears to have been a misunderstanding. The house does include a designated laundry area with a washing machine available for guest use. Our staff also has a separate machine in their private quarters, and Karina kindly assisted your group as an additional courtesy. We appreciate your comments about the electricity policy and listing clarity, and we are actively working on making all details even more transparent to ensure expectations are fully aligned before arrival. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

This house is spectacular for a family vacation. The house is fully equipped and spacious enough to accommodate all the guests. Very good communication with the host, and the house staff were very friendly and kept the house spotless. Highly recommended. I hope to stay there again in the future.

This was one of the best AIRBNB stays we have experienced! The house was clean and beautiful! The yard and pool area were well kept. The on site caretakers were extremely helpful and we chose to have them cook our meals for us which were very delicious. I recommend this place to anyone!!

The place is nice to spend time with the family, everything is very comfortable, the house is very clean and tidy, the beds and rooms are very nice and comfortable, all the pillowcases are the same, the place is nice and enough space for many vehicles, we were a group of more than 20 people and we had a good time. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is very large and has everything you need Just to take into account, we were a group of 25 people. My recommendations: if you are a large group, bring water. There is only one jug in the house, if there are many people, it will run out quickly. The kitchen has everything you need, but if you are a large group like us, you will need more kitchen utensils. To avoid delays, buy everything you need. To find a place to buy, you have to go out to the main road and currently access is a bit complex due to the construction of the new road they are building (January 2026). But in general, 100% recommended. Very nice

Our entire group loved it and would love to come back! It wasn’t crowded with 10 people. Everyone had their own space and we all loved seeing the ocean from the moment we walked in.
