An amazing home and special place -the home is very nice and comfortable- can't wait to come back- it was hard to leave

Our group (3 adults, 4 kids ages 4-6) had an incredible stay at Casa de Coin! The location is perfect—so close to Cerritos Beach for the kids to swim. We spent hours on the patio, in the pool, and in the hot tub watching countless whales breach; it was truly magical. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. We generally opt for Airbnbs with a "hotel-style" setup rather than a lived-in feel, and Coni has mastered the perfect balance here. It feels like a high-end boutique stay with all the comforts of home. The kids especially loved the guest suites with the bunk beds and trundles—it made bedtime fun and gave the adults great space. Between the "Sharks Teeth" bar and the stunning sunsets, we couldn’t have asked for a better Baja experience. Coni is a fantastic host!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay with our family. The beach, just in front of the house, was perfect for the kids. The pool and hot tub were also a great place for everyone to play. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, and perfectly situated between Cerritos and Todos Santos. We will definitely be back!

This is a great house. That’s even better than the photos. Connie and Chris were great to deal with very responsive and helpful. Perfectly positioned close to Cerritos and 15 minutes to Toto Santos. Cerritos has the swimming beach so that’s why we chose this location because it was a two minute drive. They live in the house full-time so it’s very well stocked. Thanks for the great vacation!

Our stay at Casa de Coin was one of the most relaxing times my husband and I had! The place is just as described and I have to agree with most of the other reviews that the house is better than the pictures! What a place! Nice pool, great sunsets, and right on the beach. Hearing the waves, enjoying the surroundings and a great kitchen to make our own meals...this place is amazing! We hope to be back soon!

Coni and Chris were phenomenal hosts that have a beautiful home. Was able to easily communicate with them on any logistic concerns I had and they were loaded with wonderful local recommendations and recommended a killer chef for some great dinners (ask for Dominique and Jamie!). The home was comfortable and gorgeous. Easy access to the beach and a wonderful pool that our group ended up staying in most of the time. It was a perfect getaway that showcased the beauty of Mexico without the hassle. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The pictures are amazing, but the setting surpasses them. Really great elevated sea/surf view with empty lots on both sides. It's very much a lived-in home, not a sterile pure rental, which is exactly our jam. Loved it!

We had a fabulous week at Coni’s place. The location was quiet but close to the fun surfing scene at Cerritos, the views were spectacular, and the house was very well equipped for a large family. We hope to return in the future.

Wonderful space for an extended family vacation! Home is beautiful and very well maintained. The host's responded quickly to all our inquiries during our stay. The location is gorgeous--right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the patio. Overall, great hosts and a sweet place to stay. We will definitely try to come back!

If you have the opportunity to book this house, Do It! This is one of the nicest houses I’ve ever stayed in. The photos, while accurate, do not do it justice. You are right on a practically remote beach where I think we would count 6-8 people walking on a day. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch, which I would recommend you do the same. We started coming to the area about 5 years ago and this is the nicest place we have stayed. In our party of eight, six people had never been to Mexico before and all six left a huge fan of the area. The hosts are really good people who care about your experience. This is their primary house and you can tell by the level of intentionality they put into it. We will be back but only bc of how special the house, the area, and the hosts are.
