Calm and serene. A nice place to spend quality time with your closed ones. I personally feel like going again, stay there and do nothing (kind of my thing). You feels like right in the lap of nature.

Nicki’s Island is truly an amazing unique, one of a kind experience. The house is gorgeous has all the amenities you would want amazing swimming pool. The island is so charming lush tropical it’s so relaxing there her staff is absolutely amazing., they take care of everything and it seems like anytime you turn around needing something or looking for something. Someone is right nearby to help you. It was really amazing. Highly recommended.

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute dream. The location is simply breathtaking—set on a unique little island in the middle of the lake, it truly feels like a private paradise. Waking up to those views every day was unforgettable. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared to make our stay enjoyable. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible hospitality. The hosts were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, this place is a must. I would definitely come back without hesitation!

Our experience on this beautiful isleta was unreal. Truly an exceptional stay and I just could not get over the value for money. We were 3 couples and from start to finish Nicky went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. From meeting us at the marina to take us over on the boat, arranging massages and excursions, and being flexible as we went back and forth on what to book (conclusion: get the chef!). One thing we didn’t fully realize until we arrived is that the island is staffed. We opted to cook for ourselves the first night and were surprised when Julio started helping us clean up. The staff is lovely - friendly, polite, and under the radar. The home is gorgeous and they explained that many of the features are from reclaimed wood from the island - very cool and so thoughtfully designed! We were blown away! Both by the home and the beautiful ecosystem of the isletas. It was such a rejuvenating trip. I hope to be back one day!

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Nicky set the tone for a truly special experience. She is an extraordinary host - warm, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful. Her kindness and genuine care for her guests really shines through. The entire team was equally wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of the place they help run. The meals were outstanding - fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. The property itself is a little slice of paradise. We are a family of three and stayed in the pool house. The decor, high quality linens, thoughtful layout and gorgeous tiles in the restroom are worth a special mention! Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it feels peaceful, secluded, and deeply relaxing. Waking up to the sounds of nature and spending time in such a tranquil setting made it incredibly easy to unwind and slow down. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Beautiful Airbnb in the isletas! Booked for 6 days with a group of seven. Nicky was excellent as a host, communicating clearly and helping us during check in (which is a boat to the island - so cool)! The Airbnb is private and situated among a vibrant community of people in the Isletas of Granada. The Airbnb was gorgeous, the pool was perfect, the support team were always helpful, and the boat to and from Granada was always ready! Nicky’s Airbnb is a must rent for anyone looking to stay in the Isletas! As a host Nicky was super proactive, very communicative and has lots of local recommendations for food, guides, and excursions to try!

Stunning peaceful place. Private island with the best quality staff. Food was excellent every day. The owner Nicky is so kind. We loved her . Sunsets on the lake were beautiful. We were 6 friends celebrating 2 birthdays 🎂 we really enjoyed the island 🏝️ we recommend ☺️☺️

Had an amazing stay here , an oasis of tranquility, backed up with a helpful, thoughtful responsive host. if you yearn for a relaxing break in a beautiful home on your own private island this is the place ! The chef and staff were truly amazing and a big hug and thanks to faby who cooked amazing delicious food for our 10 day stay and even cooked an amazing Nicaraguan Christmas dinner!! thanks Nicky and the team for a great stay!

Nickie has done a wonderful job of crafting a private peaceful place that allows families to join together in common spaces with multiple carefully designed places that offer solitude or division of the groups that are just as beautiful as the common areas. Extremely comfortable beds, wonderful food and just as described. Will definitely return.

Nicky’s home is incredible! It feels like something out of a movie. If you are looking for a private oasis in the isletas, this is where you want to be. Her staff is amazing! My kids loved the food prepared by the chef every day! And Nikki could not have been more accommodating. She greeted us at the boat, made our dinner reservations, and was always available to answer questions and help us coordinate our itinerary. She’s an incredible concierge who takes a lot of pride in her home and the experience she offers her guests! I highly recommend Nikki and her lovely home!

Nicky’s place was beyond beautiful. A true paradise. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Nicky had great recommendations and we had the trip of a lifetime. Can’t wait to go back!
