We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and had a great pool. The location was perfect—close to the beach and all of the excursions we had planned. Melissa was an amazing host who helped us prepare before our trip and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Chef David was outstanding and one of the highlights of our vacation. I highly recommend booking him if you have the opportunity. We’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Plenty of old world charm, and a lot of space for our entire group. Our favorite feature was Melissa, the host. She was always available and very attentive! She arranged a wonderful day trip for us as well as a chef- we highly recommend the chef service; it was fantastic! Overall, a wonderful stay, thanks to Melissa.

Amazing property! Very private and very safe community with security 24/7. The host was very responsive and helped us plan our entire weekend with excursions & even sorted out the chef service which I highly recommend. Definitely coming back!

Our stay in Jaco was incredible! Melissa was an amazing host — super welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The place was spotless, stylish, and even better than the photos. The location was ideal — close to the beach, restaurants, and all the fun, yet still peaceful and private. You can tell Melissa really cares about her guests and puts thought into every detail. Definitely one of my best Airbnb experiences in Costa Rica. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jaco!

This house is beautiful and exactly as promised ... no, BETTER than promised! We were 8 adults and there was plenty of room for sleeping (we didn't even use several of the bedrooms), games, eating, hanging out and enjoying being together in Costa Rica. The home itself was lovely, lots of charm and character and very spacious. Pool was great, the neighborhood lovely and very easy access to everything. Loryl/ Melissa arranged 2 chefs to come in and they were FANTASTIC - one of the best parts of our trip to CR. Everything they made was yummy with plenty left over for midnight snacks or lunch the next day. We had a few activities plan around the area but mostly enjoyed hanging out together at the house and around the pool. Loryl/ Melissa was great in every way and so attentive to our comfort and needs. We lacked for nothing. We loved everything about our stay and would 110% recommend it for anyone interested in staying in the Jaco area.

Fantastic location, excellent hosts.

We had a great stay! The house is located in a private gated community and felt very safe. The house plus casita was large enough that our group of 9 all had their own space. The pool was sparking and even had some floats. Outside was lush and beautiful with some iguanas and we even saw some macaws! Reasonably close to a lot of activities but you will need a car or to Uber. (Ubers were very cheap compared to the states.) A/C worked great and kept the house COLD (unusual for a lot of houses in Central America) especially at night. The highlight of the trip for us though was Melissa. She checked in several times prior to our arrival, met us at the house to show us around and let us in. She arranged a chef that was excellent, reasonably priced, and left us with tons of leftovers. She helped with other excursions and recommendations too. They even decorated the house and got us a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday! Definitely recommend!

I just want to say thank you so much to Loryl and especially Melissa! The house was beautiful! Melissa made sure everything was in order such as booking us a boat, spa treatments and a chef for the weekend. This is a must stay! The chef was incredible, true costa Rican meals that were well seasoned and reasonably priced.I couldnt have asked for a better stay. My best friend LOVED her bachelorette! Thank you for helping me!

Private, safe & close to a surf beach and regular beaches with a downtown vibe -lots of restaurants, national parks & mini markets.

The place was very nice, great layout for larger groups, with ample bedrooms & bathrooms. The pool was great and the location of the property was great, it felt very secluded even though it was in a community. The ability to rent a van through the host was really convenient, and saved the headaches of renting a vehicle at the airport. What really stood out about the stay however was the concierge for the property Melissa. in the months leading up to our stay Melissa was extremely helpful in finding things to do, identifying and booking shuttles to/from San Jose, questions about the area/guides, and ensuring everything went smoothly. I can't stress enough how much of a help she was! Through Melissa we hired the private chef for 2 meals, and the decision was a hit. The cost to bring the chefs out was very reasonable and the grocery cost for the meals was also very reasonable. The amount of food was really great for the cost, and we were left with leftovers for lunches.
