Very excellent

We had a peaceful two weeks in Debbie’s home. It’s very private, with your own plot of land on the beach, with a nice pool that comes in handy as it’s incredibly hot. All the basics were on hand in the kitchen, and she provided drinking water which was a life savior. The AC & extension on the master bedroom were great for my partner who worked at home. WiFi was great. Debbie was always responsive, answered all my questions, and gave great business recommendations nearby. The caretakers of the property were always responsive and so kind. You are in the village part of town, but 5 minute walk to any of the restaurants nearby.

it was a great stay at Debbie's place. the house was just as the pictures. the pictures we took were amazing. the house was very clean. the pool was great! the view was incredible. Don Dionisio was very friendly and Debbie was very attentive and nice

Big and lovely house, with a (shallow) pool, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. During high tide the sea comes right to the back-entrance of the estate, during low tide you can walk across the bay to the beach. Debbie is very responsive, the local manager is absolutely helpful and quick. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay, just a couple minute walk to the beach and to a number of restaurants. All of which have excellent food. The house is better than the photos, with everything you need, very comfortable. Walk less that 5 minutes and there is a surf shack on the beach where you can rent or get surf lessons. if you're used to Nicaragua, the chicken bus stops nearby and is easily accessible for trips into Leon.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Debbie's house 🏠 the house it's very comfortable and Debby and her workers were very attentive with me at all the time. they made me feel comfortable and relaxed 😎 just how I expected to be on my Vacations.mrs Debbie was very attentive

This is my 2nd stay at Debbie's place and the place looks even better than last time~ They've ✨Upgraded ✨several things including elongating & refinishing the awesome pool and they put in all new flooring for the entire terrace. The master bedroom has been extended another 10+ feet and it now it has AC✨. The quality bed is still comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with 2 full refrigerators and tons of cooking stuff. There's direct access to the bay/ocean and walking distance to restaurants & snack shops. The yard is large, green and private with onsite gated parking & Pet friendly. The caretakers live offsite but are close by if you need anything and Debbie is very quick to reply (in English) to texts etc.✨ 100% recommend✨

The house was better than we expected, the rooms were very nice and the pool suitable for children, the house was very well equipped and safe, Xochitl was very kind, I would go again to spend another nice vacation.

Amazing location and a perfect spot to hang out and chill while you soak up the vibes in Las Penitas. It is close enough to town to walk and far enough away that you aren't inundated by loud music. The property is huge and fantastic for my furry friend and us. The pool was perfect on hot days and the view beautiful. It was tranquil and peaceful. We were never lacking for anything as the kitchen is amazingly well equipped and has more than you could ever need. The caretakers of the property are the kindest people and respond promptly. They took time to chat with us and help us find what we needed but gave us our privacy as well. The owner also responded to any of our needs and inquiries quickly and efficiently. The queen bed was very comfortable and we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. What a beautiful spot. We look forward to returning and exploring more in Las Penitas and enjoying the chill vibe Debbie has created at her property. Thanks for making us feel at home!!!
