Amazing stay. Best resort in Cabo in our opinion.

Stayed Thanksgiving week with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter. Cannot say enough good things about Martins place! The unit was spacious, comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The entire staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. Martin was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

This is such an incredible place to stay! The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony are beautiful! The balcony is huge! The unit itself is fantastic- tons of space for our family, super clean, and decorated super cute! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for food and drink prep. Maggie was super sweet and helpful, she welcomed us and showed us around. The beach was also amazing, walkable and swimmable. The pool was heated and the people working at the resort were always very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend this beautiful and amazing location, we loved everything about it and would go back in a heartbeat!!

We had so much fun! Family of four, plenty of space, great location and views, the resort services was so friendly and attentive. The food was great but a little expensive. We had food in the fridge waiting for us, pro-tip get a bottle of tequila and margarita mix on the way, would definitely stay here again, great value, maybe get family and friends the rent the one next door on either side. Good times!!

Awesome suite in a great resort!

Martin’s unit 1302 was amazing! We’ve been to La Estancia two previous times and have always loved the resort. The dining, pools, and environment are incredible. The staff is very friendly and we feel very safe. This particular home was even better than we expected. By far our favorite! The views are exquisite and because of that, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. This home was well equipped and beautifully decorated. When we return in the future, we will be staying at Martin’s home again!

Enjoyed our stay at Villa Estancia 1302. The views are excellent and the location is convenient to access the pool. We recommend this unit highly.

Wow! What a place! Estancia is incredibly comfortable, clean, spacious—I can’t praise it enough. And Martin’s place is fantastic. I am betting he’s a decorator, someone must be, because the decor is really nice. I went with my parents and they were really comfortable and happy. The vibe is definitely great for an older crowd. And Maggie the concierge is very nice, a huge help. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place!!! Super spacious, sparkling clean 🤩 the resort is super fun, can watch our kids swimming while enjoying time on the balcony! We will be back!

We just got back from a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful suite in Villa La Estancia. We couldn't have had a better experience. From start to finish Martin was super communicative and helpful. After booking he reached out to confirm availability and offered up a personal concierge to assist us with anything we wanted for our trip. We had already decided on a car rental so did not need the airport transfers, but did work with Martin to book a private boat charter on the Mimosa Star through Cabo Deluxe Sailing. My wife and I, our two kids and my parents had an amazing time on the waters, watching whales and dolphins swim by our boat. As for the property, Villa Estancia is one of three hotels in a group located about 5 minute drive (20-30 minute beach walk) from the downtown Cabo marina area. Location is great and you get to use the amenities at the neighboring two hotels. We found that Villa Estancia had the nicer, less crowded pool, which was better suited for the little ones in our group. There is a small market/grocery store on-site, a coffee shop with yummy breakfast treats, and a number of restaurants. We stocked up on groceries at a nearby Walmart and ate breakfast in the unit and lunch and dinner at the restaurants at the three properties. The unit itself is amazing. It is located on the 3rd floor, just two units in from the Sea of Cortez. The views from the huge balcony are stunning. In my opinion, this is the better of the two wings as you get view of the pool, the Sea of Cortez, as well as the famous rock structures in the distance. One side of the unit has 2 queen beds, which worked well for my wife and I and our two kids (one in a provided pack and play). The other side of the unit is the spacious master with a king bed that we let my parents have. There are three bathrooms with showers and the master also has a jacuzzi tub. The center of the unit is the kitchen, laundry, living room. All rooms had connected TVs with Netflix access through the unit's broadband service. The kitchen was stocked with all pots/pans/dishes/cutlery and items needed to cook. My only suggestion would be perhaps to add some plastic cups for the kiddos. Upon arrival we were greeted with our personal concierge (Maggie) provided by Martin. She escorted us to our room, walked us through the amenities, answered any questions, and made it clear that she was available to help with any of our needs during our stay. She even brought some delicious chips, guac and salsa for us to enjoy. We utilized Maggie a few times during our visit (through WhatsApp) to help book a nice restaurant for my wife and I to enjoy dinner as well as provide us with a recommendation for a nearby church to visit on Sunday. She also notified us of a number of items that we left in the unit when we departed and is arranging for their return to us. All in all this was a fantastic booking and I will definitely look to visit this property and work with Martin again for our next trip to Cabo.
