The place is lovely although the layout is a bit confusing with the rooms not flowing well, no available bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen is too small for a property that size. We chose to cook and the person doing the cooking reported dirty dishes, roaches coming out of the toaster and moldy utensils. The Chef who was also our check in person was wonderful, a good cook and very easy and accommodating. We loved the property, just wished we had been there long enough to enjoy all the amenities.

The attention of the Chef and house manager, Mr. Patrocinio, and his cleaning and tidying support team was excellent. I highly recommend using this heavenly house with this exceptional group of people. Congratulations!

I recently had the most extraordinary stay at this luxurious Airbnb, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an exceptional staff who were always available and incredibly helpful. Their kindness and professionalism greatly enhanced our stay, making it truly unforgettable. The house itself is a true gem. Every detail has been meticulously designed to offer unparalleled comfort and elegance. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exquisite and relaxing getaway with top-notch service.

Great house. Very private and quiet. Big. Each bedroom (6) has walk in closet and bathroom. At least 400 sq ft per room. There is "workout room" without much equipment, but has bed, that would be 7th bedroom. Pool is great. Living areas are great. Kitchen is a little outdated, but we didn't cook. Outdoor spaces are large, shaded, nice. About a 4 minute walk to beach. Great tide pools for small children at low tide. At high tide the sea is pretty rough. Media room is great. Patro (cook) and Jose (his helper) are simply terrific. They prepared wonderful meals. We contacted Patro before we arrived and he had all the basic supplies we needed, food and alcohol. The cleaning staff cleans daily and does your personal laundry, which is awesome. There were 8 of us, house could easily accommodate 14-16 people without feeling crowded. Will stay again!

Glorious villa. Expansive, beautiful, as described in the photos. Very attentive staff and willing to assist with any and all of the group’s requests. Went there to celebrate my husband’s 50th and we had a great time together as family/friends. We opted for the butler and dinner services for our entire stay, which really added to feeling like we were on a fab vacay. Be forewarned - despite the allotted daily electricity allowance included in the villa rate, we got hit with a hefty almost $700 bill at the end of the stay (supposedly they calculate it based on the meter readings on arrival and check out, and we didn’t think to request to view the meter at the time of our arrival, thus no one showed it to us then). They were gracious enough to later decrease it to $400, as we were not in control of lighting for the grounds/common areas, which often were on all night. Either way, we were happy with the resolution. We loved our stay and would stay again! Thanks for a great experience!

Great experience overall. Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The house needs some general upkeep. Additionally, the air conditioners need to be replaced for bigger units to properly cool down rooms and common areas. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Esplendorosa was magical. Sebastian was attentive before we arrived and offered us his help on several occasions in organizing everything we needed. It even allowed us to invite a band for one night. Chef Patro and the rest of the team were the stars of our stay. You can walk to the beach and watch the sunrises and sunsets. Very close to Pedasi in case you need essentials.

This place was heaven on earth -- great beach access, absolutely incredible. A little far out and it is not exactly where Airbnb says, its further down the road which took us about 20 mins to find.

Sébastien is by far the best host ever! Incredibly attentive and helpful. The staff was all very kind and always available to assist. The home is exceptional and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone. Short distance to beaches.

The house is extremely comfortable and is ideal for a large family or multiple couples. Very much for the entire area of billiards, Poker and Cinema. The rooms are large and everything is very clean. The hospitality from the Chef and Patro Manager was incredible. Very attentive, very rich kitchen and took care of a lot of details and made our stay very special. It really is the best and I make sure everything was as planned and I help us by getting a lot of things and with logistics. Highly recommend this house and we would love to return.
