This a very rustic house with beautiful views, a very quaint style of living, and peaceful. The host was very caring and responsive. One of the highest commodities of this house was having Carlos available to assist with anything needed in the home or for recommendations. Thanks to Carlos, our stay felt like we were right at home as he guided through the house, answered all of our questions, and helped us get setup to feel right at home. The hammocks provide a great view of the sunrise in the morning; the home is full of character and features throughout that take you back in time while still enjoying modern commodities.

Beautiful spot with a great sunset. There's lots of space for a larger group and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I'd highly recommend to anyone or group looking for a place to say in San Ignacio.

Great place to relax and stay with the family

El Encuentro it’s an excellent place to stay. If you want to relax. The house it’s beautiful inside and out. Great communication with the host and Carlos and his family were very kind. I recommend it 💯 %. My wife and I. Are very pleased. Will definitely come back again. Thank you.

This house is spectacular..!! My best weekend at the mountains.. Everything inside the house is great: the rooms, beds, kitchen, linens, furniture, etc.. Outside is peaceful, the poza is amazing, filled with spring water.. The people living there and the hosts are one of a kind, simply the best.. Thanks Heidi and Ana.. Definitely come back for sure..

El Encuentro was a great place to stay. I can’t even explain how wonderful the house and entire property was. The views of the mountains from the pool, the sunsets, the waterfalls within the house were such a peaceful touch. The photos that show the property do not so justice to the actual place. Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful surroundings. We had such a great and relaxing time. Ana was a great host! This place is a dream!

Once again we really enjoyed staying at this property, which is very comfortable, pleasant climate and with all the amenities to have a great time. Super recommended!

This mountain home is ideal for hanging out and enjoying the Peace of nature. Fresh weather and comfortable spaces with good equipment. We always enjoy our family stay at this property.

A beautiful house, an excellent kitchen, very well equipped, it's not the first time we've rented it, excellent weather and communication with the owner of the house is great, always attentive to what we need, the photos of the property do not do it justice, the place is beautiful

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has different areas to rest and enjoy the wonderful climate. We loved every detail of the decorating in the house and it's all very good condition. Don Carlos was very kind and helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed preparing our pizzas and cooking them in the wood-burning oven. My family and I greatly enjoyed our days on the property and definitely want to return soon.
