We had a great time at Stravos place. The house with the balcony is nice and the location is great, only few minutes to the beach. Stravos was very helpful and always textet back very fast.

Perfect location for surfing, host was great. However lots of bugs inside, which made us not very comfortable with staying there.

The house is in a perfect spot you have restaurants and a market near. The balcony always has a nice breeze and is a great hangout spot. Stavros is amazing too he’s super easy to contact with any questions. Definitely a place I will stay at again if I go back to Costa Rica.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the super, 3 to the beach. Comunication was super and the terrace is beautyful. But, before we checked in, the bath and kitchen could have used an clean-up. Also the doors were a bit loose. With the price and like I sayed the amazing location, we had a very great time at the beautyful Playa Hermanosa.

It's been great staying at Stavros' place! We had an amazing and relaxing time! Communication and check-in worked very well! The location is quiet and a little bit up the hill, you have to cross the main road to get to the beach which is not bad as the town is small anyways. The terrace is the best spot to work and chill and the house itself has a good size and is very bright with all the windows. We would definitely come back!

It seems like a lovely space for people, who are looking for an simple place for good price. A terrace is an advantage. We have cancelled our reservation and havent stayed a single night in Stavros place becase presence of big ants, which where literally everywhere, mold in the air and cute lizzard in the living room.

Communication was a breeze and the appartment looked according to pictures, unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to mouldy air
