Had a great stay. Drinks were great!!

Everybody was super nice. It was perfect. It was like we was forced into giving tips everywhere we went from the luggage to the events ) lol . Only problem I had was the lady double booked our spa and I had to pay twice for a service we only received once. They said because we didn’t cancel but I tried to tell her we didn’t schedule it in the first place so that was awful. She can barely understand me. Poor English as expected. The place itself was beautiful everywhere. We had a great host with no surprises we are definitely coming back here.

Location and price were great. Allan is very responsive and helpful.

I loved every second here at this resort, getting the all inclusive package was the best choice I made the resort is beautiful and the staff decorated the room for my birthday which was a very nice touch! The view was amazing and everyone was so nice. I’m definitely coming back

Amazing experience for our first time to Cancun! My fiancé and I felt like the most important people there upon arrival and throughout our time there! Diego and Gabriel were so efficient and kind! Working in hospitality myself- I was very impressed!

This place was awesome. Allan was able to answer all of my concerns and questions. The black bands made us tap into the additional perks. The staff here is phenomenal and the place is great. We will definitely will be returning soon.

Allan is the most responsive/helpful host I have ever worked with on Airbnb. He went above and beyond to answer my millions of questions before the trip. When our flight was canceled and we had to reschedule our arrival for a day later, he and his assistant immediately helped us get rescheduled with the resort. I would definitely work with Allen again!

This might seem too good to be true but it's not. Allen was a prompt communicator, answered all my questions, and gave me a clear idea of what to expect at every stage of my stay. The resort was absolutely lovely and the VIP treatment was really fun, though we didn't take advantage of all of it. I couldn't recommend this Airbnb more.

It was a nice place

We loved the room. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The space was beautiful and spacious, as well as comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and a shower, which was nice because I could relax in the tub while my bf could shower. The staff at the hotel were all incredible! They went above and beyond expectations and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. The only disappointment was that neither I nor my bf got to stay in the room that I paid for because I tested positive for Covid. My bf was removed from the room and moved into a smaller room, and I was quarantined in another room that wasn't the air bnb I was paying for. So we didn't get to stay for the duration that was paid for, we only got one night together and I got one night by myself before they moved me out. We were however given our other rooms complimentary due to the situation. Before the trip we paid for the exclusive VIP Black wrist bands. It allowed us to have all the buffet and restaurant food as well as any drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic without having to pay...we tipped of course. The hotel didn't really explain what else was included, I'm pretty sure we were able to get massages or something, and everything else that isn't free is discounted, but you have to ask, and I didn't receive the discounts at the gift shop or anything because I didn't know I had to ask for it. So we didn't get everything that we could have from the bracelets...especially since I was under quarantine after a day and could no longer use my bracelet for the remainder of the trip because I couldn't leave the room. I didn't receive any refund for the time we didn't stay in the room, or the bracelet that I could no longer use. The hotel did right by me in the end by allowing me to stay the one extra day that I planned my day trip, before my flight back, as well as let me keep the black wristband for food and drinks for the extra day once I was out of quarantine. The entire staff was extremely helpful in every way possible no matter the situation from direction, where to go out, which restaurants to get a reservation at, how to get places, etc. They also did everything right when it came to me having Covid and being quarantined. They put me in a comfortable room which had plenty of space, light, fresh air, a water cooler, non-alcoholic beverages, and 3 square meals a day from room service. The staff provided pain medication, aloe, bug spray, Anti itch cream, as well as yoga mats. They brought me anything I needed and just charged it to the room for when I got out.. The Room Service food is the only negative. It isn't great, and half the time it doesn't come as described by the menu. I was either missing ingredients or the quality was that of High School cafeteria food. There were only a few things on the menu that were good. Overall despite having a positive Covid test and being quarantined, everything and everyone was amazing! I will definitely be staying there again for my next trip and hopefully I'll be able to experience more of it this time. Allan is very quick to answer any questionsand concerns about the room and it was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely be going through him for booking in the future.
