The apartment is nice. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The aircon probably needs a Freon change. the building has laundromats, which is comfortable. There is parking near the building, which was nice too. By car playa Ocotal and Hermosa are quite close.

Super quiet, clean place, and it's exactly as shown in the photos. I spent several days there, and I would definitely stay there again. I have to admit, it was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Recommended!

Hazel was wonderful as well , we stayed 4 nights and it was a great little place to stay , pool was clean and the room was great , it is on the 3rd floor , so just enough cardio for me !!

Very nice condo unit on the quiet end of the beach. I didn’t need a car and walked every day.

Loved our stay in Laurie’s condo! The kitchen was fully equipped and we made all our own food. Both Laurie and her local contact were exceptionally responsive and helpful, definitely recommend.

Nice appartement

Very nice and clean place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is comfortably furnished. Very well-maintained complex with large pool. We only lacked storage space for our clothes (the only available closet was unfortunately full). Laurie is very friendly, has offered us her help several times (regarding activities) and was always easy to reach. At check-in, there was probably a misunderstanding with the employee who was supposed to receive us, so we had to wait a bit. But in the end, everything worked out. There is a lockbox - very convenient if you want to do things independently. The immediate surroundings are a bit run-down, so at night we preferred to take an Uber for safety. But the complex itself was very nice and safe. Good value for money. I would rent the place again, clear recommendation!

Laurie's condo is clean and well-equipped - kitchen has lots of pots and pans, everything you need in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The pictures and description is very accurate. The pool is very cute and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Laundry room is clean and affordable. There is a convenient store right across the street and a nice a pizza restaurant downstairs. We met and made friends with many people during our stay, and we were fortunate enough to go on a few out-trips to surrounding beaches. We had a great 2-month stay.

Really cute space, exactly what we needed

This was a great place. Quiet, clean, nice pool, beautiful. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay here at Laurie's! Felt right at home. It was equipped with everything we needed - great kitchen gadgets and appliances, a beautiful pool and view. Laurie was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Great find!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Laurie’s place. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The pool was a wonderful bonus. We could walk to the Playas del Coco beach and there were several beautiful beaches within driving distance. Laurie is a great host; she was very responsive and offered lots of recommendations. And the people in the complex are very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Laurie's condo was delightful! The kitchen amenities were modern, had everything we needed and made preparing meals a breeze (especially as we prepared meats and salads for a BBQ for a guest using the communal BBQ by the pool). The air conditioning was a powerful and welcome relief after days filled with hot and humid adventures. The bedding was clean and comfy, ensuring restful nights. Most importantly, Laurie was quick to respond, especially when we had a minor issue with the door lock, which was appreciated! Highly recommended and looking forward to staying here again when next in Del Coco!

Very nice stay

This is the first airbnb I have stayed at. And it was an outstanding stay. I love the room and I love the complex. You can walk the back way to the beach in about 5 minutes. And the town is a pretty cool quaint little. Town on the beach. The owner's were extremely responsive. End met all expectations. I would highly recommend if you're gonna stay in. Play at the Cocoa, check this place out.

Great place to stay!

Ideal for two people with everything you need. Pool is one more point in favor .

We came to stay for one month and it was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish. The location was central. The restaurant downstairs had great pizza. Swimming pool was comfortable and clean. Good place if you are always on the move and need a place to, hang your hat.

Great modern condo. Very close to the beach and walkable distance to the centre. Very good communication with the owner and manager. We had a great time!

Excellent stay

Laurie was very responsive and very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Great location, easily walkable to the beach and downtown. The condo was a perfect size for our needs and was clean. And the air conditioner was very quiet which was a big bonus! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay at Laurie's who always responds very quickly and is a nice welcome by Hazel. Everything was as advertised. The accommodation has everything we needed, the complex is clean, well maintained and safe. The pool is a great advantage and the atmosphere is quiet. The rules in place are respected by everyone. Accommodation west of Coco. 3 minutes walk from the extreme west of the beach. Less than 10 minutes from the village where you can find most of the restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. The journey can be done by the streets or by the beach, with your feet in the water! Considering the very good price as well, I would recommend it without hesitation!!

We stayed at Laurie's place for a couple nights and it was perfect for us. The complex and unit is pristine and everyone in the building that we talked to were super friendly. The unit was tastefully decorated, it truly felt like our own little piece of Costa Rica. The pool and all shared spaces were beautiful, clean and peaceful. There are comfortable loungers to lay on around the pool as well! We also loved the little bistro set outside the unit, it was great for morning coffees and evening cocktails. Laurie's place is exactly as described and pictured. It's in a great location, within walking distance to everything you need, including the beach and restaurants. We loved everything about this place and we will return.

great condo with all the little bells and whistles. great views of the pool. can sit outside and have your morning coffee. service and response was fantastic. would diffinately stay again.

The place was really nice. Communication around check in and check out was also very simple. The location is slightly far from the center of town, but if you have a vehicle or don't mind walking or taking a taxi, it is not an issue. Overall a good stay which I would recommend.

Beautiful place with everything you need, very clean and quite central

Laurie's studio is worth every penny. They do their best to keep it in great shape. i highly recommend it if you are a 2 to 3 party. She as well as Hayzel are quite responsive and will go the extra mile to please you. Only downside is the 3rd floor location but we all need a workout for the new year resolurion.

The condo is a very safe and clean place. The residents are very friendly and the facilities are in good condition. The pool is great. The apartment is very clean and well-kept, it is also equipped with a variety of appliances, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and bedding. Excellent communication with the host and the welcomer. Parking is outside and subject to availability, however it is a fairly quiet area.

The place is very nice, the apartment is comfortable even for up to 4 people. Very well equipped and the pool is open until 10pm.
