jerson's place is very comfortable and well equipped. The environment is pleasant , many birds to observe in the garden.. Alas the neighborhood is quite noisy.. small dogs bark and a neighbor was doing work on Christmas Day.

Cabin at the back of the garden, with the owner on site at the entrance. The listing is located in a neighborhood with neighbors, on the side of the road, one of whom has played his carpenter skills just about our entire stay. The rooster next door is completely out of order. Not very clean and the under slopes of the roof are not closed, resulting in visitors at night, such as cockroaches and bats. Lots of very close activities.

Very nice well equipped house with very nice touches from the owner (fruits, cold drink on arrival, bed and house linen in quantity, many amenities in the kitchen). Welcoming neighbors who are the very warm owner's family. Beautiful property located not far from many activities (timribina reserve 5 min away by car,...), where we saw a coati, an iguana, toucans and beautiful Ara. Recommended without hesitation.

Gorgeous landscape and fun setup house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue were the dogs, they bark ALL NIGHT. I suggest bringing a noise machine or earplugs.

Very nice house open to nature, comfortable and very close to many activities within a few minutes drive. We even saw parrots in the garden.

Location hard to find. GPS point doesn't take us to the right place. Bathroom should be renovated. We saw parrots and a toucan. We also heard howler monkeys. 5 minutes to Tirimbina Biological Reserve. Near amenities in La Virgin. Ira is very kind.

Very nice house, in the middle of nature. The terrace is lovely for enjoying friends and family. Atypical accommodation with its open balcony to access the bedrooms, in the heart of nature. Thank you.

Beautiful wooden chalet, immersed in the jungle. Great for seeing birds and other animals. We were kindly greeted by Iraides. The place has a lot of charm and is rather quiet if you disregard the sounds of the jungle, which contribute to the magic of the place. The neighbor's rooster is out of place and starts singing in the middle of the night, but that's one of the charms of the countryside. We stayed with 4 of us, but could have been 6 of us without any problems. Some inconveniences to report: a) no hot water; b) the fridge in the downstairs room makes a plane noise; c) one of the fans in a creaky room. It is better not to use it for sleeping; d) no condiment in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper). Iraides kindly gave us salt when we asked him, but there are things we expected to find in a kitchen. A very nice location, which we recommend, but which could be exceptional by making some improvements.

What a beautiful house! We stayed here for 2 nights and it was an absolute pleasure. We saw ara's and a tucan and other birds from the house. There are many things to do in the area, like rafting! recommended!

We very much enjoyed our time in this beautiful spacious house. We liked the well equipped kitchen, the 2 big bedrooms, and the living room and covered outdoor area. We would definitely come back with our next visit to Costa Rica when we would be in the same area.
