Rainy season, so we missed on the volcano views. The pool and hot tub worked great for our two kids. Not far from town, easy to get in and out, great pool deck area that had enough covering to enjoy during the constant rain

I came to Indian Cane House with my two sons. We were looking for a vacation with lots of activities but also to feel secluded and peaceful in the jungle. We also wanted around a 10 minute drive to restaurants. This house is amazing. I would love to replicate it where I live. You feel like you are at a sanctuary. You can relax in the hot tub or pool looking at the gorgeous vegetation. Occasional animals and McCaws in the trees. Absolute peace. The house is immaculate with beautiful views. You can turn the music on outside by speaking to Alexa. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the entire place so that you could have a deep sleep at night. Every day we had one or two excursions that the hosts helped set up through their agency Volcano Travel. The guides we extremely friendly and accommodating. Each excursion was tons of fun and we felt safe. Transportation was easy and on time. I can’t say enough nice things about this home! Love it!

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. We loved the outside area and really appreciated the little touches like the robes. We highly recommend getting the massage service added it was 10/10. Great place for a great price

You can tell the hosts put genuine care into every single corner; absolutely every detail was covered, from the comfortable amenities to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. On top of the stunning property, the communication was top-tier. The hosts were wonderfully responsive, friendly, and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly before and during our stay. We had an amazing stay, the house was very clean. Correspondence was quick, I would highly recommend the personal chef. We felt extremely safe and enjoyed our visit. Thank you for providing us with a lovely home to stay in.

we had an amazing stay! highly recommended! bring earplugs, the birds and frogs are loud, but amazing. we saw macaws (two types), tucans, and lots of other beautiful birds -- the red eyed tree frogs love the pool area after dark!

Our group had the best time staying at this house. The house was as described and pictured. It was amazing to see all kinds of wildlife from the patio. Easy location and very close to lots of the activities and restaurants. We also booked the private chef that was recommended. We would stay here again.

We loved the spectacular views and having the wild birds around. This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and our first stop. The house was exactly as listed and easy instructions to access the house and location. It was very clean and the host very easy to get ahold of.

We had an excellent stay for our honeymoon. Clean and spacious home. Great views and lots of birds and reptiles nearby to observe. The chef and decoration company that the hosts hooked us up with were both awesome. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Indian Cane House. Quiet and peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the birds, with the highlights being the Macaws, Toucans. The hot tub was great at night after a busy day, and we always saw tree frogs. Great area. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views. Lovely garden.

This home was absolutely perfect.. beautiful beyond words. The home had everything we needed from coffee to sugar,, cooking oil, all sorts of spices. It’s conveniently located close to town and there is a small store down the street with food, eggs, fruit, etc. We even picked up a charger there. We saw hummingbirds,, frogs, 2 macaws and right outside in the big tree. Definitely would go back!

STOP scrolling-you have found a magical property!! Indian Cane House is phenomenal! Everything is just like the pictures... very clean, open, great linens, excellent a/c, and comfy beds. We cooked several times and the kitchen had all we needed and ample spices, so we didn't even have to purchase those. Everything was spacious and well appointed, but the show stealer is the outdoor space. Aside from being ridiculously gorgeous (views, landscaping, amazing pool/jacuzzi, cozy chairs, covered dining area, screen to sit on and watch birds), we got to see all kinds of wildlife-toucans, scarlet macaws, parrots, butterflies, red-eyed treefrogs, and we even heard a howler monkey in the distance one day. We were concerned that it seemed to be on a road when we viewed Google Maps, but it was at the end of a private drive, yet still in a great location. This place is amazing! We would give it more stars if we could and would definitely go back!! Only disappointment was having to leave.

We loved our stay at the Indian Cane House. The location was perfect—just a short drive into town—yet it felt like we were completely immersed in the rainforest. The house was ideal for our party of six, with spacious bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen and living area for gathering together. The patio, pool, and hot tub area was the perfect place to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the rainforest. The view was absolutely incredible—I can’t imagine finding an Airbnb here with a better one. We saw and heard so much wildlife throughout our stay, including toucans, tree frogs, and many other birds. The volcano view was breathtaking, especially on our last night when we were treated to an amazing sunset. Elidier was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip, assisting us in arranging spa services and a private chef dinner. We stayed for a full week and easily could have stayed longer. I highly recommend the Indian Cane House and would absolutely stay again!

Great home with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Kitchen had everything. It was a quick 5 min drive into La fortuna.
