Easy to find, nice clean condo. Host only provided 2 bath towels when we booked for 4 people. Also only provided 1 toilet paper roll for 2 days for 4 people. Had to ask for more toilet paper. She was also quite rude when we didn’t leave a key in the lockbox even though we did not receive instructions to do so.

Error in your first message. The one who booked was Saskia and as always, ignorant people get into a reservation and don't read the information! In the description of my villa I do not put towels and I only put 1 toilet paper, you should be grateful that towels were placed, it is a lie that I did not have them, 4 large 2 small were placed and the extra toilet paper was sent that was not my obligation because in the description it says THEY ARE UNGRATEFUL CUSTOMERS and as for the key I should have charged the locksmith since they ignorantly leave the 2 keys inside the house when they entered it was the first thing I told them please leave the key in the box but as they are not at all intelligent they arrive and leave the 2 keys inside and as they say that I was rude only because I asked and that is in the airbnb chat what do you think? Airbnb checks all the chats if I had been rude Airbnb would have spoken to me immediately I do not recommend these customers at all

Xiomara place was very nice, very clean, the residence was good, good neighbours and the pool and the common area were great, it was the pura vida style. Close to the beach and walking distance from anything, recommend the place and this will be my go to next time I am in Jaco

The place is very central, close to the beach and shops. We were allowed to park 2 vehicles, we leave one outside for condominium rules. No cloths or hands are placed in the bathroom, the space is small but enough for the price. The common areas are very strict, they do not allow to consume anything, but personally I didn't have that much problem with it. Xiomara has a fast but courteous and unfriendly customer service in my opinion. You have to read absolutely every dot and comma that you describe in the details of the villa since it is totally inflexible. We were not during the night and arrived in the morning then we had no greater problem to enjoy at that time, the condominium is not for active people at night. It is described for up to 8 people however it is taking into account a sofa bed where 2 people go which is uncomfortable, I recommend maximo 7.

Luis se mira que no leyó para nada la información de la villa ya que es un Condominio como tal hay reglas y dice en la información lo que coloco y no coloco Este señor y sus acompañantes fueron personas muy fiesteras exacto ninguna area de la piscina se permite tomar licor ni fumar algo que no respetaron porque lo hicieron, respeto al carro aprovecho este señor que cambian de guardias ingresaron ese otro carro que lo máximo eran 2 carros pero la falta de respeto lo ingresaron tuvieron 3 carros dentro del condominio respeto lo que el dice del servicio al cliente primero que todo nunca hable con el personalmente. ni llamadas .todo fue por medio del chat de airbnb esta muy equivocado en decir que fui poco amigable su problema fue porque el no respeto las reglas del Condominio Este tipo de clientes no los recomiendo ya que no respetan las reglas le aconsejo que en la próxima vez que alquile sea una casa ya que estos condominios son familiares no para este tipo de clientes

Simple, compact space. Nothing luxurious but everything you need in an apartment. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

A place adapted for comfort. Simple but cozy. A house in a condo with a good pool. You have to take to cook oil, salt, sugar and coffee. Host responds very quickly. Visitors are not allowed

Hola David en la información y usted como anfitrión sabe que se debe leer antes de una reserva ,yo no coloco nada de ese servicio azucar, sal etc porque la gente sin escrúpulos siempre termina llevando todo lo que pueda hasta los paños,si permito visitas pero usted como anfitrión debe saber que los clientes deben siempre informar si necesita traer alguna visita a la persona que le alquilo esa soy yo como dueña y anfitrión No a los guardias de seguridad ya que ellos no tienen el poder de decidir quien entra a mi propiedad igualmente como usted me pidio dejarlo salir un rato mas tarde a la final salio una hora mas tarde pero ese no es el problema porque yo como dueña y anfitrión soy la que decido por mi propiedad no las personas que trabajan en un condominio
