The place is ok for the price. If you don’t mind roughing it a bit, then the location is amazing! One block from the beach. Also seemed safe and had good working A/C. Unfortunately the room had some critters.. ants crawling on my bed and a cockroach jumped in our suitcase. Also woke up to skunk smell. No one’s fault but I’d like to know before I stay somewhere.

Very well located accommodation very close to the beach. Pleasant common area. Coupled with super nice hosts, welcoming, interesting, very nice, and very open to improvement tips. However, you can expect 1 very spartan room. The mattress was changed the day after we arrived (we only stayed 1 night) which is 1 good thing.

This place is an okay deal if you are traveling with multiple people and want to find something cheaper than the $150 - $200 places around. However, I’m not sure I’d stay here again. Pictures showed an AC unit but it didn’t work very well and did not cool the place down. I also had “breakfast” checked when booking this place through Airbnb and upon arrival I was informed breakfast is not included. Zero communication through Airbnb app before, during, or after checkout. Best thing is the location which is walking distance to the beach right across the street.
