We had a fantastic five weeks in Gail's beautiful house and would come back any time! Everything was just as we had hoped – actually even better. Gail is an exceptional host: incredibly warm, reliable and always available to help. You can tell how important it is to her that her guests have a wonderful time. In addition to all the advantages of the house, which are already described in the many positive reviews, we would like to highlight two things in particular: In the kitchen there is filtered drinking water – a real luxury in Costa Rica. In addition, the house has a PV system with a large battery storage unit. With the frequent power outages, you hardly notice any of it, and the refrigerator and other appliances keep running. A huge plus! Unfortunately, 1,000 characters are hardly enough to describe all the positive things. Thank you, Gail – we will be happy to come back!

A wonderful place. The pool and the green area make it look magnificent. Gail is super friendly and helpful, always ready to help in any situation that may arise.

We loved the floor to ceiling windows, outside pool and beautiful garden. There is a small partial view of sea, and feels very private. Helpful caretaker and loveable Luna (a dog). One of the bedrooms is accessible only from outside.

A beautiful place to stay. We went for 3 days. Gail and Eli were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The house is fully equipped—if you like to cook, you will really enjoy the kitchen, as it has everything. The pool and the private setting give it a big plus. Since you don't feel the need to go outside. I recommend doing the necessary shopping before arriving at the property so you don't have to go up and down several times. Oh, and I forgot, Luna is a sweetheart too.

Gail’s place is absolutely gorgeous - the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It truly is paradise. You get the privacy and beauty of the jungle, with the adorable town of Dominical and the beach just a hop, skip, & a jump away. It’s an easy drive to Uvita and Quepos. Gail & her groundskeepers are impeccable hosts - responsive, proactive, and friendly. Luna, the property dog, is the cherry on top of the already perfect place. The house is full of thoughtful additions that make it feel like you could live there - not just visit. Yoga mats, a cooler, beach chairs - you name it, the house has it. The beds & furniture are comfy, and the pool is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone!

We have stayed with Gail four times so far, and we have always felt very comfortable at her property. We enjoyed the surrounding jungle, with its rich fauna and flora. Gail and her assistant are knowledgeable and helpful. We also want to come back for a 5th time or so.

This place is a special gem. The restaurants and people in the area are amazing and 5 stars as well. Just make sure you have real 4x4 for the road in and access to all the restaurants. Be sure to check out the hidden beach behind the Coldwell banker building up the road. Also the kunanji cafe was extremely convenient for any meals. Wildlife and birds in the yard were amazing and the trail out back was full of even more. Toucans, monkeys and trogons right in the yard! Thanks a million Gail, 10/10 experience.

We are in this magical house for the 3rd time. This means that we found everything as we wanted it. That is why we will return again. It was wonderful again, thank you very much. (Also to Luna)

Gail and her home were both five stars. The construction quality, peacefulness, pool, and amenities were excellent. Having the solar power backup system meant very little time without AC or Wifi! She was the most responsive airbnb host i've ever had and went out of her way to make sure my family had what we needed. She even had beach chairs and a cooler for us to borrow. We saw tucans almost daily from the pool, and enjoyed visiting the waterfalls and beaches in the surrounding parts of Costa Rica. Only two things to note (neither that have anything to do with Gail): make sure you try to get a 4wd car (not just awd) and make sure you never leave anything in your car when exploring (even if locked). You are in for a treat if you stay here!

TDG location in Domanical worked out great for us. Home was as shown in picture, clean and well stocked. Bedrooms are big so you dont feel cramped, AC worked wonderfully. And while on the front porch, i could spot monkeys, hear howler monkeys, morph butterfly, Toucans, and many more birds. We used Kitchen every single day and the laundry was added benefit. Proximity to Uvita, Playa Linda m, quepos airport were all what we needed. We had a 4x4 which made getting to property easier though coming from US city, driving on it was a bit challenge when raining. only minor inconvenience was not seeing Trash bin so we ended up throwing some trash in compost. I woudl recommend and reconsider staying here in future as i know i will be back in Dominical.

The home is in a very tranquil & beautiful setting. The home and pool are comfortable.

🌿 A perfect stay in the heart of nature! I had a great time at this house nestled in the heart of the jungle. Very large, quiet and impeccably clean, with three separate bedrooms that offer both comfort and privacy. The environment is peaceful, ideal for relaxing. Special mention to Gail, who was ultra responsive and caring from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized. Sure, I'll go back there without fail! A month is no small thing!!!
