Highly recommended, a super spacious, clean and central place

Both Grace and Shiran were very good hosts. The house is spacious, and all the rooms are very nice, comfortable, and tidy. In addition, they have a bathroom and many amenities that allow a large group to enjoy their stay. In our case, there were 16 of us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Finally, the location is excellent. Everything is close by (beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). I'd be happy to go back to that place.

Awesome stay

Shiran was an amazing host and his home exceeded our expectations. Grace, the concierge, gave great recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful. The backyard was gorgeous, the pickleball court was utilized more than we thought it would be, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was truly a luxury. About a 10 minute walk into town and a very safe, private area. Couldn't recommend more.

Great place for a group trip! Easily walkable to downtown & the beach. The concierge was helpful with booking activities & recommendations. The chef dinner at the Airbnb was one of the best meals we had in Tamarindo and the sunset catamaran was the highlight of the trip!

Beautiful home and wonderful concierge, Grace, who helped us plan our activities and transport exceptionally well! I would recommend this to anyone going to Tamarindo. Made amazing memories there with my friends. Only con was that the cleaning lady did not come by as expected, but they refunded me the cleaning fee, so all is well. Good morning, I stayed at this property from February 18–23 and wanted to share how wonderful our experience was. Our host, Grace was amazing. She ensured that everything in the house was well taken care of, and whenever small issues came up, they were handled quickly and efficiently. She also helped coordinate travel and activities for us, including a boat ride and a waterfall tour, which made our trip even better. The house is a great spot for a family or a group of friends. Our group was all adults, and the layout worked perfectly—it offers plenty of space and privacy when needed, while also providing great common areas like the pool and dining area to relax and spend time together. The property feels very secure and is conveniently located close to restaurants and nightlife. During the day, the beach is only about a 7–10 minute walk away, and there is a grocery market right down the street. We had no issues at all during our stay. Shiran is a very welcoming host and her place is fantastic.

We loved the privacy we had with all of our friends. Spacious and comfortable and plenty of area for us to park our cars, and golf karts. There was a place at the bottom of the hill that had golf karts for $60 a day. It was great being able to park our vehicles safely and explore the town.
