Great stay overall! The villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. Communication was smooth, and the host was attentive. We enjoyed our time and would recommend it to others visiting Cabo.

Fantastic stay—highly recommend. The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. What really stood out was the level of service and communication from the host. They made everything easy by offering help with transportation, reservations, and access to resort amenities. We took advantage of the pool heating and it made the stay even more enjoyable. Access to everything nearby was a huge plus, and the golf cart made getting around simple. Overall, a seamless, high-quality experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We were 3 families . 5 kids. They had a great time . Pool was great with view . Gated community and safe . Clean home and chef services was awesome . Responded to my questions quickly . Highly recommended

We loved our stay at this house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Cabo! The host was very accommodating and the house was beautiful. It has an incredible pool and pool bar with fire pit area. Ocean and golf course views right out of the backyard. We would definitely look to come back and stay here again!

The place was beautiful and matched the photos, with some normal wear that’s to be expected. The views and amenities were great, and we really appreciated the fantastic local recommendations provided by the host. I would recommend the golf cart for getting around the property if you do not have a vehicle. Generously the host gave it to use free of charge due to there no longer being transportation between the home and Quivara property. There were some cleanliness concerns, including sparse hair on the floors/beds throughout the Airbnb and a used bandage left on the wall in one of the bathrooms. Additionally, one concern was the outdoor restroom. A family member became locked inside when the key/deadbolt wouldn’t work, and we were unable to reach the host by phone at the time. After about 15 minutes of trying to maneuver the deadbolt, we were finally able to get it open. While everything turned out okay, it was a bit scary and is something that should be addressed for guest safety.

Everything was good, thank you very much. Dario took care of us and gave us an excellent welcome and service during our stay. He was always friendly and attentive until the last moment. The house was nice and tidy.

Great place. host was great. the fire pit didn't work which was a bummer, but I understand its probably tough to get parts quickly. Everything else was wonderful.

had an time in Cabo San Lucas my group is very happy Beverly and her team were always responsive and amazing. We could not ask for more. We appreciate everything and the location was perfect. We had a great time.

This property and management team was excellent. We had 8 adults and 4 kids that very comfortably fit in the home. The team was able to help with reservations, private chef, groceries, and other amenities that added another level to our experience. As an added benefit, we went during whale season and saw whales almost every morning from the pool deck. I would suggest the heated pool and golf cart options, but just keep in mind that this costs extra. Overall, incredible experience and beautiful property with a great few for a vacation!

Our party of 8 unanimously thought actual house/property was amazing and even better than described or shown in photos. Jorge and the management team are on top of everything and are a huge part of the great experience you get with this house If golf or other amenities available at Quivira are important to you I would check actual availability/access prior to committing to anything. This is not in control of the property owner of course but if it is a reason you are interested in the property this will hopefully avoid unmet expectations. There isn’t access to beach club for example (we learned this is for actual property owners only) and we were unable to get a tee time even with trying to book over a month in advance (due to peak season demand)

We had two families of 4 stay for a week, and we had a wonderful time! Two couples were more than comfortable in the 2 master suites. Between the two additional bedrooms and the casita, the 4 kids (ages 10-14) lived like kings! The house was absolutely beautiful; it had everything we needed, and the property manager and concierge were always available. We've been to Cabo on vacation many times, and Quivira is definitely our new favorite place to stay. Definitely take advantage of the golf cart. We used it many times to go to and from the clubhouse and also to the market at Pueblo Bonito.

Looks just like the photos. A great place for multiple families. Feels very safe with the security gates. Would highly recommend renting the golf cart - makes it a lot easier to get around the property. You also have access to other pools within the community, which wasn’t clear to us at first. Jorge (the concierge) was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
