Awesome place to stay! Enjoyed every moment!

Viridiana’s place was very nice with a very short walk to the Main Street and marina. Excellent views from the rooftop and some delicious restaurants nearby. Could not recommend this spot more if you want a fun and comfortable experience in Mexico! Viridiana was very welcoming, informative and was quick to answer any questions we had.

The apartment is very spacious for 6 people, we enjoyed the location, we reached everywhere walking, if you hear a party from the nearby bars but closing the windows is solved, excellent view of the sunset and sunrise from the roof, only a little cold the water but with the sun of half a day it is enjoyed. I would definitely pick this place again on my next visit to Cabo

Lovely place, a short walk to the beach and fun nightlight downtown. The apartment was gorgeous and we had no issues. Viri was so amazing, she far exceeded our expectations as a host. She even helped us set up a surprise of some balloons and champagne for the birthday girl upon arrival. She was seriously so sweet I loved her.

We had a lovely stay at this downtown condo. It was well located near grocery store and food places. We approached that we were within walking distance to the harbor but a little off the beaten path. The street noise was not an issue for us but light sleeps would probably not do well here (especially on weekend) as there is plenty of street noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for hosting my family and I. We loved that we were nearby everything and that the home was new, roomy and secure. We look forward to our next stay!

Viri's place was phenomenal, same or even better than the pictures, the location is great, close to many amenities and within walkable do as trance. Viri is also a great host, we would definitely stay here again if we come again in the future.

Great place. Right near the downtown

If you are looking for a central location and walking from downtown this condo is for you. We found the place to be clean and the same as the photos. Viridiana received us very friendly and was always available for us. She gave us several recommendations for places to eat and dinner. He treated us super well. The only thing I'd like to mention is that the music in the surrounding area is being heard late at night. Remember, they're a block away from the main avenue. In short, an excellent place if you go for fun and cotorreo.

Viridiana responded quickly, and the place was very clean and spacious for our bigger group. Would definitely return.
