It would be good if the internet signal were stronger, more cleanliness in all areas, and to put more hygiene items and more fans, since they are not in all the rooms and it is a hot place

Hola Priscilla, gracias por tu reseña. Lamentamos no haber podido modificar el clima de Retalhuleu para tu estancia; entendemos que el calor de una zona tropical puede ser sorpresivo. Respecto al internet, al estar en un área alejada del bullicio, la velocidad de 30mb es el estándar local y suele ser suficiente para nuestros visitantes. Nos sorprende la calificación general de 2 estrellas, especialmente en limpieza, ya que mantenemos un promedio de 4.9 cuidando mucho esos detalles. Es una pena que la tranquilidad del entorno te resultara 'aburrida'. Entendemos que tal vez tus expectativas estaban más alineadas con los servicios y comodidades de un hotel que con la experiencia local que ofrecemos en Airbnb. Saludos
