Very central location, if that’s what you’re looking for. 5 + minutes to the beach on foot, surrounded by restaurants, surf shops, etc. There were a few things that needed to be tended to during our stay, but the property managers were very responsive. Indoor furniture wasn’t super comfy, but we didn’t spend much time indoors, so no big deal. Outdoor patio and pool were lovely. Kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for having us!

My family had a lovely stay at Las Mareas. The location is exceptional. Even though there is no direct beach trail from the property (you have to walk down to Surfo’s and cut to the beach from there), the location is near many restaurants while still maintaining privacy. The property is beautiful with mature trees and nice outdoor lounging options. Many birds, howlers, and even Coati were visiting the property daily. Contact with the property manager and concierge was seamless and response time was quick. If we ever return to Nosara, I will look here first.

We enjoyed our stay here. perfect for our family. Lots of great restaurants to walk to. Easy access to the beach. The air-conditioning worked great. Love the shaded sitting area outside

Wonderful stay! Beautiful home, very comfortable and relaxing, with all amenities you need and more. In a great location within easy walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Communication and responsiveness of host’s concierge service was exceptional. They messaged before, during and after the stay, met at the home to help with check in, and waited without hesitation when my arrival was delayed. Very quick to respond to any questions throughout the stay, provided recommendations for the area, and created a very welcoming environment. Would have extended my stay if it hadn’t been already booked! Look forward to returning!

The location was close to many different little shop’s & restaurants! We really enjoyed the pool & house!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property in Nosara. It is truly legendary. Can’t beat the location and the privacy while being in the midst of all happening in Nosara, walkable to the house. The beach is 1 block walk, all the restaurants, no noise from construction which is common in other properties. We cannot recommend this place enough and are already planning our 3rd return trip shortly. Thank you for having our family again!

We had a great stay here. The place was spacious, very clean, and in an excellent location. It was well equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay easy and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nosara.

We had such a great stay! The house is super spacious and the pool was perfect — we basically lived outside all week just lounging and relaxing. The property feels really private and tucked away, but it’s still so close to downtown, which made everything easy. It was the best combo of convenience and chill vibes. We spent 5 nights as a family of 4 in this wonderful house. There is plenty of space and room for many more. Interior, patio and location are tip top. Lovely pool. Short distance to the beach, mini supermarket and restaurants. We loved the stay and would love to come back!
