We were there with two teenagers, my daughter and my granddaughter and had an amazing time! The condo was the perfect size for us to sit back and relax during some rainy periods, and we will definitely be going back! Take the recommendations from Gustavo and from Josh on places to go see and eat! By far the best hosts we’ve ever had!

Josh was an excellent host! The apartment's location was convenient, about 20 minutes by golf cart to Playa Norte or the southern areas. I highly recommend staying there.

very nice condo, the view from the front balcony is breathtaking. Gustavo the concierge was always available to listen to our needs, proactive, and very welcoming in his way of responding. He was able to book for us even before our arrival, our Ferry tickets and Golf carts ready and delivered upon arrival. Extremely friendly person. We will keep this place in mind and will surely return during a future visit. Great memories.

We had an incredible stay at Josh’s penthouse on Isla Mujeres. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is top tier. The views are absolutely unreal — panoramic ocean scenery that never gets old, especially at sunrise and sunset. The penthouse itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well maintained. Every detail feels intentional and high quality. The rooftop space is a total game changer — perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or winding down in the evening. Location is ideal — close enough to everything you’d want, but still private and peaceful. Josh was an outstanding host as well. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful the entire time. If you’re heading to Isla Mujeres and want a place that truly elevates the experience, this is it. 5 stars all the way.

Josh’s place was great! Super easy to access and close to everything by foot or golf cart. Sunrise and sun sets were beautiful form the place, and the building amenities were great. Josh was very attentive and responsive. Would love to come back!

We had a great time in Isla Mujeres staying at the Penthouse. Staff was very responsive when we needed something. The place is lovely. beautiful view of the water and gorgeous sunsets. Best of all was the concierge, Gus. He was so incredibly helpful to us in so many ways. Be sure to check out his restaurants Isla Burger and Isla Bistro.

What a great place! Plenty of space for the 5 of us, great kitchen, beautiful views, and very peaceful. The rooftop pool was just steps away from our apartment and we were the only ones up there most of the time. Communication was fantastic with the hosts, would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. It is so close to many great restaurants or a short cab ride. The beds were all soft and comfortable and the AC is cool and refreshing. Everything worked perfectly and we had no problems at all. The parking is extremely convenient. You park and the elevator is right there and you take it right to your door. I would stay there again if I had a chance.

We had an amazing time at Isla 33c the penthouse was beautiful and included everything we needed for our stay, including toiletries, best coffee, beach towels, kitchen supplies, awesome concierge to help us with reservations and recommendations. We loved the location, the view was mesmerizing everyday listening to the waves. There is lowkey live music, not loud but more peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return!!

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Josh’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location right on the water was absolutely stunning and made for a truly relaxing getaway. Josh was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gustavo, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The little touches throughout the home made it feel extra welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Isla!

Josh’s place at Isla 33 was as ideal as I can imagine. The beds were very comfy, the location as picturesque and quiet as possible , at a value. If the bed/ bath configuration meets your needs - book it!

Beautiful home in gorgeous Isla Mujeres. Love the kitchen and all of the nice appliances they had. They take great care of their home, beautiful decor, and was the perfect place to stay in paradise. Loved the rooftop pool and amazing ocean views. Definitely check out a golf cart if you plan on staying at this location. Their concierge Gustavo was wonderful, was able to connect us to a fantastic local baker, and went over and beyond with recommendations.
