The best view in Samara,

Federico is a fantastic host! He gave detailed instructions and his communication was almost instant. The views from his condo were nothing short of spectacular! Walk to the beach/town was easy and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We highly recommend his penthouse if you are staying in Samara

We had a wonderful stay in Samara! The unit was spacious with sweeping, amazing views of the bay allowing us to enjoy the evening sunsets. Frederico was quick to respond and the instructions provided were very clear. Having a keyless entry with a code was convenient so that we didn't have to carry keys around. One of the air conditioners wasn't working initially but it was just finicky and eventually worked. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I have a family of 7, with kids ages 5-18. All my kids said this was their favorite vacation!! Absolutely loved the view because during the hot part of the day, we’d stay inside eating fruit and still feel like we were on a beachside vacation. Although it looks like quite a hike, it was a very close walk to the beach. We lived the whole week either at the beach, the condo pool, or inside the condo with the dreamy views! We didn’t realize that a 90mile drive in Costa Rico meant a 4 hour drive, but it was fun to see the country and easy to get to. Next time we would fly into Liberia airport to be closer. Amazing time!! I highly recommend Federico’s rental! I hope we get to come back ourselves!!

The view from the apartment is stunning! We were a family of 6 (3 couples) and had plenty of private space, as well as enjoyed the large communal areas. The kitchen is well-equipped and the washer and dryer were nice to have midway through our trip. The building's pool is refreshing and the parking area is secure. You can be in the penthouse and within a 5 minute walk, be on the beach (and if you're lucky, see a family of monkeys in the trees right behind the building!). You're also a quick walk into Samara's central area, with loads of shops, cafes, and groceries. Highly recommend!

Amazing location. We had family with small kids (4,6) and we walked to the beach down the steps every day. Lots of space. Can’t beat the view! Very responsive host and loved our stay.

This apartment is about the view, and you can walk to the beach. There was a power issue at building but we were reimbursed part of the cost which was nice.

Wow. The sunsets, the location, the peacefulness -all great. We loved our stay. The pool was great, close to the beach and town. Would stay here again.

The views could not have been better. Being just a short drive to the beach made the location very convenient for our family. The condo is gorgeous.

We absolutely loved our stay — the view was incredible and truly unbeatable! The apartment felt very safe with secure locks and a guard on site, which gave us great peace of mind. It was also very spacious for our family of four, with plenty of living and bedroom space to spread out and relax. The walk to the beach was super quick and easy, which we really appreciated. The on-site pool was another highlight — always clean and offering a lovely view. A few things to note for future guests: the apartment is located on a busy main road, so there is some traffic noise. This is more of a personal preference, but we found the beds to be quite firm. The washing machine didn’t clean our clothes very well, so we ended up doing some hand washing. Also, while the kitchen was functional, it’s quite small compared to the rest of the apartment, and some of the kitchen supplies are starting to feel a bit worn. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the space, location, and views.
