Everything is very much in line with what was published. The kitchen is complete and very well equipped, and the pool is clean. It's ideal for being with the family.

The truth is, in general, there were only problems with the hot water. It only works in the morning, and I didn't really like the pool π. I don't know if it was because I arrived late, but the water was dirty. Also, you should know that it's a condominium with a lot of rules. It's fine if you go as a couple or family, but not if you go with friends, because it has... Many limiting conditions and shared electricity. Just so you don't get any surprises, the host is very helpful and friendly, super friendly, and tries to resolve everything πͺ

Superb. We had a great time. As long as you follow the condominium policies. Highly recommended. Don't hesitate to contact us. Everything you need. For private transportation, you can contact Elbert. He is super attentive and friendly, and he will take you wherever you want. Don't hesitate to contact him. They will pick you up at the PeΓ±as Blancas border. Affordable price, large buseta with A/C.

Everything was fine, except that the coffee maker didn't work, and I think the restriction on electricity use could be improved.

A great spot in San Juan for bigger groups β quiet, private, pool and a large supermarket just up the road. The apartment had everything we needed. An easy 6 minute walk to the beach and the centre of San Juan. Highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights at this place, the first night was a bit rough as we had issues regarding the plumbing (toilet wouldnβt flush properly) and the lights went out 35 minutes after we arrived to which wasnβt able to be fixed until the next morning. I understand about the lighting in SJDS, however this wasnβt very pleasant as we arrived later in the night after a long day. The master bedroom was also being supported up by a rock which I was informed the assisting team was already aware of however was an interesting surprise when sitting down on the bed. Outside of all of that, if you need somewhere quiet to stay the night, this might be the place for you.

Weβre sorry that your first night was affected by the plumbing issue and the power outage, especially after a long day of travel and a late arrival β we understand how unpleasant that can be. As noted in our listing and pre-arrival information, San Juan del Sur can occasionally experience power outages. That said, the apartment is equipped with a backup battery system that supports essential electricity, including lighting and fans, to ensure basic comfort during these situations. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the outage that evening, the issue extended beyond what could be immediately resolved on-site and was fully restored the following morning. Regarding the master bedroom, our maintenance team was made aware and has then fixed the issue. We appreciate you flagging it to ensure continued comfort for guests. We value your feedback and are glad to hear that, overall, you found the space quiet and suitable for rest.

Comfortable condo with a nice pool area. Clean and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Nice location, easy walk to the beach and there are a few restaurants nearby. We rented a moto to go see more of the area. It wasn't our first time in SJDS but it had been a few years since we visited last. With the new highway mostly complete, you can easily get to many different beaches because of the condos location. And it's not in the heart of SJDS which is a blessing if you prefer a quiet and peaceful stay.
