Stayed here with my daughter and her friends. The condo was way more than I expected for the price. The central city location is awesome. There is so much more to do and see than if you stay in a resort (that said, this is not a resort, it is a private condo so adjust your plans and expectations accordingly) The security of the building is excellent. The security and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything is perfect! Rooms are clean and big. Consistent hot water. Really safe. Securities are taking their job seriously. If they notice that someone don’t live there, they will walk them out. Pool is fantastic. Really chill vibe. Walking distance to lots of things like grocery, convenience store, and even the beach. Highly recommended!

Airbnb was very comfortable and a quick walk to the beach and Uber into downtown. There were very good restaurants within minutes of the place by walking. The host was very helpful in arranging transportation and responsive.

The property where the condo is located is fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and bright. Very nice. Parking in the basement was a little difficult and any car larger than a midsize likely wouldn’t fit. Overall, great experience.

Loved staying at the Marea Los Cabos. The pool was beautiful and uncrowded (always easy to find a chair). The condo itself was spacious and clean. My sisters and I loved each having a room to ourselves (vs in a hotel we usually end up sharing). It was also super convenient to have a kitchen and living room -- after a full day of sun/ocean, we wanted nothing more than to order delivery food and watch Netflix on the couch. Saul was also super helpful and accommodating, for example on our check-in day we arrived in Cabo way before the check-in time; even though the apartment was still being cleaned, Saul let us come in to stash our bags before we headed out to explore. The location was also very walkable, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries within a block or two. Definitely would recommend this location to other travelers!

The place was beautiful. It was sparkling clean, had all the necessary amenities, and beautiful furnishings. The property is extremely safe and it is also gorgeous and clean. It was the perfect base for our vacation to Cabo San Lucas. We walked to the beach each day and to dinner each night. Thank you for being a gracious host!

Right in the heart of Cabo! Great pool and very secure. Everything in walking distance. Saul is incredibly responsive and easy o work with!

Excellent location, close to beach and close to town(5 minutes either direction) Very comfortable 3bed 3bath. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Great host. Would stay again. Thank you for letting use your apartment.

The place was spacious, beautiful and pristine. There was more than enough room for us four gals. In terms of the amenities, the pool and gym areas were clean, lovely and calm. Our host was also super responsive to any questions/inquiries we had throughout our stay. Finally, the area is pretty walkable to local beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Thanks, Saul!

Very responsive and great area

Saul’s place was perfect for a week away. It was close to everything and we could walk everywhere. We felt very safe due to the security regulations Saul was very responsive to any questions we had. It was clean and it was so great that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately none of the rooftop hot tubs were working.

The owners are awesome! While on our trip we wanted to do some cooking and they responded very quickly with items we needed on the spot. This was well above our expectations. Plus, they were super nice and accommodating. Apartment is located very close to popular Cabo hot spots. We enjoyed our time here very much. Other observations are it’s a process to get to the apartment, get into the front door, take one elevator, walk 50 yards, then up another elevator to the 4th floor, it’s a normal urban living situation. And it’s so close to downtown at night it’s loud. We liked the fireworks shows and liveliness. Overall, a great experience and we’d stay there again.
