An excellent experience, from the beginning to the end, all as planned. We were 10 people, 8 adults with 2 children and we all had the best.

We stayed at this property for one month. Everything was as described in the ad and we got along well with 7 people. It is a typical house in Tico style, functional and authentic. We personally are fans of outdoor kitchens and really enjoyed the time there. Due to the location, however, it is necessary to take all trips by car with exceptions for small walks in the area. There has been a challenge in our 4 weeks on site. It was not always available and not in sufficient form of running water. this is not uncommon for Costa Rica from place to place, but here the upgrade with a water tank for the future is desirable. This would avoid some bottlenecks and increase the holiday experience. Since we are not tourists but live in Central America, it was less drastic for us than could be for the "normal" vacationer. The treatment and communication with Audy is super well, always attentive. The house comes with everything you need for cooking, plenty of space and very safe , seeing there are several supermarkets.

Audy was an excellent host, good location between Puerto Viejo and Cahuita. We kept constant communication with her and house was cleaned when arrived there.

The host's treatment is excellent. The recreation house has two areas for cooking outside, has all the necessary amenities. We found everything clean and tidy. The location of the house is strategic because it is close to everything. Is a safe place to stay.

The place is the same as what's shown in the photos. The land is wide and they accept pets which is very good. It is not a beachfront place, but it is very close to the sights, about a 15 minute drive from Puerto Viejo. We received the place clean. It is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Audy was always attentive and available to answer our doubts and even offered us tips and recommendations. She was always eager and available for checkout. The house has good water availability. Overall a good experience. My friends and I were 9 in total plus 3 dogs and we were very comfortable.

Great stay, very safe and with ample parking, special for family trips. The place is in a good location for every touristic. It has a park for many cars and the kitchen outside helps a lot during hot days and in the cleaning of the home. Highly recommended!
