Having been an owner of a vacation rental condo for 10 years we quickly recognized the comprehensive effort to equip the condo for needs and comfort. We enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen, top quality stainless BBQ and comfortable King Bed. The View is fantastic and we almost had whale overload. We found our interactions with Top Shelf Management, the HOA office and security personnel to be super friendly and polite.

What a fabulous place! My sister and I had the privilege of an 11 day stay. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing place to cook our own meals and lounge by the pool/jacuzzi. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The balcony has gorgeous views. In the mornings, we could see whales with the provided binoculars. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Two grocery stores are in close proximity to the condo. We had an exceptional stay at Gregory’s place! Thank you.

Extremely responsive, helpful hosts. The condo was spacious, immaculate, had everything we needed and looked over the most beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. We had such a peaceful, relaxing 2 week stay that made it hard to leave!

Greg and Ramona’s place was really excellent. The pictures don’t really do the porch and location justice. The pool was incredibly convenient to the condo, kitchen well-stocked, and the local host Kathy was so helpful and responsive when we needed anything. Great location close to San Jose, and walkable to two large grocery stores. There is a somewhat new and well outfitted gym, as well, which we used nearly every day. We may find ourselves back down there again - thanks for a good trip! And special thanks to Kathy who took care of our needs when we were there.

We had a wonderful week at Greg and Ramona's condo. After a quick trip to the grocery store, we had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch at the condo with fun dinner outings out. Kathy, rental manager, was helpful to recommend a private chef to treat us to a nice meal in and responsive with our needs during our stay. Communication throughout the process was quick and helpful. The condo was perfect for our needs hosting two couples and we took full advantage of a rental car to explore the downtown market as well as mountain hikes and beaches in the area. The property staff and homeowners were friendly and gave suggestions whenever we needed them. Thank you!

Greg and Ramona’s place was an absolute gem! The facility is great, right on the beach, stunning view and the condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. Rudy and Kathy, the property owners were very responsive and assisted us wil booking transportation from the airport, having groceries purchased before our arrival, and booking a massage. Had lots of great meals in San Jose Del Cabo, at the restaurants on the beach and homemade ones enjoyed in the balcony by candlelight! Great vacation!

Exceeded expectations and photos on Airbnb.. would book here again in a heartbeat! The balcony is just the perfect place to hang out with family, enjoy the beachfront views with a serious grill :) thank you Greg & Ramona!

Fantastic stay

Definitely would love to keep coming back again and again. Gorgeous place, the view, amenities are top notch. The kitchen had all the essentials and more. Wish I could have stayed longer.

A lovely spot to stay in San jose del cabo! Beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items to cook. The hosts were very responsive and caring! They provide you with a beach towels, umbrella, cooler and chairs. Would highly recommend this airbnb for a family or couples vacation!

This was the PERFECT place for my recent trip. To have pools and beach and peace was so amazing! And it was convenient to uber to San Jose del Cabo for dinner.

Perfect condo in a beautiful and peaceful location. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The huge balcony overlooking the ocean and pool is wonderful. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The best views we’ve ever had, right on the beach! Amazing sunrises. Quiet and friendly atmosphere and people. The ocean waves are are loud at night, but no complaints. The patio was huge, we spent most of our time there. Was great for 2 couples, had our own space. The pools and hot tub had very minimal people using them. We hope to return again and would definitely recommend this beautiful place to R&R.
