Excellent location and quiet street in Playa Hermosa. Very flexible and accommodating host. Very nice setup for each room with their own bathrooms. All rooms are identical including bathrooms. Furnishings are very nice and AC is strong. Very nice pool. We loved it. Only change would be fans or AC in common area. Some days and nights were too hot to hang out in common areas.

We loved the beach house! The location is great- incredibly close to the beach and many restaurants. I think it's also even larger than the pictures portray. Without AC in the kitchen/ living/ dining area, we spent a lot of time out on the patio, which was wonderful. Just a note that the doors of the bedrooms all open to the outside and you'll need to bring shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious home, loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Easy access to the beach.

The complex was as described. The host was very responsive and provided timely instructions. This place is very close to Playa Hermosa (within 5 minutes). The pool was clean, new and refreshing. Guanacaste is very hot. ACs in bedroom were in great shape. The living space is not climate controlled - just something to know. The large tree in the yard had monkey bridges and both mornings we watched a group of howler monkeys pass by! Highly recommend this place! Beds were comfortable.

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation with our adult children and their babies. We really enjoyed having our own rooms with air conditioning, and bathrooms that were all good sized. The living, kitchen and dining area was great, no AC, but had fans that moved the warm air around. When we got too hot, we went out and hung out in the pool right outside between the buildings in the common area. We ate most of our meals outside as well under the ceiling fans. There was a washer and dryer available with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided. This came in handy with families with small children. We were just a few minutes away from the beach, which has shade in the morning, so we spent our mornings there, and the afternoons in the shaded pool. There is a nice restaurant across the street with dining on the beach. We all greatly enjoyed our stay here and time together! Rodrigo and his crew were great hosts!

Highly recommend, we loved the outdoor space! Pool was perfect and the monkeys in the tree were a huge BONUS! Beautiful house and so clean, it had everything we needed to cook. The beach is a short walk away and the sunsets were fantastic. A great beach get away!

Amazing accommodations at an equally amazing location! Absolutely loved our stay in Playa Hermosa and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here!

Super convenient location with friendly and responsive host. No AC in main house, but great hanging spaces outside by the pool and bedrooms all had AC. Offered cleaning midway through stay and refreshed towels. Not a huge parking area but was able to fit our large 11 seater van inside gate. Across from Aquasport beach restaurant and main beach access with lots of convenient beach items for us to use during our stay, like beach chairs. Pool was lovely and had ample shade options, with great cleaning services from gardener. Would absolutely stay here again and it’s a great setup for enjoying beach and pool.

Rodrigo's place is fantastic. Just a few minutes from the beach. Rodrigo was great about keeping in touch & answering questions. Things couldn't have gone smoother. The sunsets each evening were great. The pool at the house is nicely sized. There was 8 of us and it was roomy. The water temperature was perfect, great for cooling off. It was very hot when we were there. The air conditioned bdrms were a refugee from the heat. Each had great ensuites. Unfortunately the separate main area did not have AC, only some floor fans that didn't help all that much. Ceiling fans would seems like a better option and probably more cost effective. Howler monkeys are regular visitors in the nearby trees, along with birds and iguanas. That was all exciting to see. There are a number of eating establishments nearby, walkable along the beach. Plus some are just a few minute drive. There are several small grocery stores within a few minute drive and an ATM also a 5 minute drive.

Very nice house and layout. Everyone gets their own air conditioning room. Lots of fans. Awesome pool. We loved it. Beach close by. Some very good restaurants

The house was a great setup for our small group. We appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was very clean and a nice place to cool down in the afternoon. The location was a couple minute walk from the beach and from restaurants. We had a great stay!
